Staff was unfriendly, the showers were insufficiently walled off, as they flooded the bathrooms upon each use. The reception room, which is the only wifi point in the hotel, was only open about 3 hours a day, which is very weird. They do have nice couches and seats in there, but very limited availability, unfortunately. The beds were very small in some rooms, had to sleep sideways and curled up. Would not recommend.

Self catering apartment. No oven, but microwave. Great views. Would recommend booking parking undercover; tight fit for CRV with topbox, but worth it! Boot room is by the steps leading to the bridge which you can ski down to lifts and can ski back in. No curtains, but outside shutters - novel experience. Hot water can run out after three showers in the evening. Fabulous views from our ground floor corner apartment. We used the supermarket by the ski lifts, excellent English spoken by staff. The bakers was also brilliant for lunchtimes - take care not to sit in the wrong area; the other is an expensive restaurant - the bakers is much friendlier, much cheaper and better food to be honest. Apartments were easy to access though reception is a huge let down; small and rarely open/unlocked. Only place for WiFi. Given we had just driven for hours we (group of 3 families) didn't appreciate having to make the beds! Would recommend; though take note the slopes did get busy. We are actually not returning here next year; but going back to where we went last year ....
