Saint-Leonard is a typical but busy small town and this Logis was great for an overnight stay. The welcome at Reception was excellent: friendly and efficient. Our room was small but well furnished and clean; it did overlook the square and there was noise from street cleaning in the early hours of the morning. Overall the stay was very comfortable....

Our anniversary lunch at this establishment was very agreeable with beautifully prepared food, efficient service in a modern comfortable setting. The emphasis was on quality rather than quantity with the addition of nice little extras. The coffee selection was almost like a wine list! We had the 22 Euro set menu and as every item was delicious it would be...

First stop after arriving at Limoges airport en route to holiday cottage. Stayed in a simple yet clean and modern family room. Dined in the restaurant which again was modern and bright, food great, service was possibly just a bit too efficient - happy to have gone a bit slower. Breakfast spot on, check out easy and the bill was...

we stayed here for one night on our cycle tour. We were given a warm welcome and shown to a very comfortable room, with everything that we could possibly need. BUT then we went for dinner and were presented with exquisite food, beautifully cooked and with some delicious combinations of flavour. A real treat.

The approach to the hotel (member of the Logis group) along a rather uninspiring road doesn't inspire confidence but once through the front door everything changes. Reception is in a light and pleasant room and the greeting is warm and efficient. Our first floor room overlooked a garden at the back and proved quiet at night. The bathroom arrangement was...

We booked this through Logis at very short notice and the hotel staff were very helpful. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. They were full for Dinner but recommended a very good restaurant nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

On first entering this hotel, the Proprietress/Front of House meets and greets warmly, without fuss. The room is modern, extremely clean - as is the bathroom which also has a well thought out shower recess and a toilet separate from the bathroom. We set out on an exploratory walk and discovered the town itself to be a lovely one. The shops surrounding...

For some reason my earlier review was not posted. As the stopover was so good I though I better send another. Travelling across Europe as I do my favoured stopover Hotels are Logis with their simple rating system, which guides and informs on the quality of both the rooms and for me, more importantly, the restaurant. The hotel based within...

Modified the route of our tour specially to re-visit this hotel. We were not disappointed. Every aspect still seemed perfect to us including the location, the town itself and the quality of the hotel and restaurant. All our party complemented us on our choice of hotel.

Saint Leonard de Noblat - a characterful medieval town, recognised as a 'detour worth making' by the French Office of Tourism......but trying to find a hotel mid-evening on spec?! Eventually we found Saint Jacques on the 'ring road' on the edge of the medieval town. Our room was modern, smart and quiet, but the real star was the evening meal....
