#1 of 3 Specialty lodging in Pekutatan
Within beautifully landscaped and coconut tree grounds, Kelapa Retreat & Spa is a truly peaceful hideaway. Each of its villas is surrounded by luscious vegetation featuring indigenous flora and fauna which guide you to two infinity pools and an enchanting beach. The villas are spacious and contemporary, an eclectic mixture of European and Indonesian design. Front row villas have reflective pond roofs designed to appear like traditional Bali rice terraces and give a sense of continuous nature independent of villa location. Villa terraces offer a comfortable day bed and open up to the natural beauty surrounding the retreat. Seventeen of the villas have their own private pools, closer to the beach or set back within their own lush private gardens. The Spa overlooking the ocean offers an array of massages and treatments. The yoga platform has twice daily yoga, meditation and relaxation sessions. The retreat is a haven to truly relax and recharge. For adventurers, many trips are on offer.

We had the opportunity of calling in to this place yesterday after a very rewarding but extremely humble day assisting the Blind in Negara with Sembako. 61 beautiful souls whose smiles will remain with us for a long time appreciating our efforts and donations from many. We were amazed at the sight before us on walking to this beachfront complex from the carpark. Simply stunning even if just for lunch. We realised how lucky we are to simply SEE! Thank you to Wayan and staff and the wife allowing us to sit for a while.

This is an absolute gem. Best kept secret, we have to share it with travelers from Bali at this time of limited travels! The beach is huge, super clean, and great for playing in the waves. The resort is high-end, but discreet and very tastefully designed within its beautiful natural site. The food is very reasonable, and fresh-fish family diners are highly recommended.

Beautiful beautiful place in a remote location! It's on the beach with no neighbors, virgin beach! The hotel has 2 big pools which always quiet as most villa has their own private pool. Very relaxing and staff are super friendly especially Eddy and Kadek, one of the managers who greet us and show around the property. Nice walk on the beach, about 30 minutes to the North, you'll see another resort where we had tea before walk back again to Kelapa. We love our stay because it's so private and peaceful, far from the usual crowd Bali. Recommended to stay here for 2-3 nights when you are exploring Bali. Cannot wait to return again!

Totally randomly choose this place because next to where we were staying. You can not expect more secluded place. Villas and rooms are all beautifully done. The best is the outside. Beach, restaurant, public pools! The team run by Edy & Kadek is as professional as lovely. We will be back soon. Thanks to all the crew!! Perfect stay in this Tabanan area, our favorite of Bali

If for your vacation you want a secluded place of the beaten tourist path in Bali, a private villa overlooking the ocean, a long sand beach, good restaurant and polite smiling service, then "Kelapa Retreat and Spa should be your choice". We visited this hotel 11 times and until now there is no wish to change a place for our vacation.
