We found Kelapa to be relaxing and peaceful. The resort was uncrowded, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff couldn't have been more gracious. We stayed in the two bedroom residence, and very much enjoyed the private pool for lap swimming (it's that big!) and relaxing after long boogie-boarding sessions at the beach just down the beautiful...

This place is beautiful and peaceful after staying in kuta for a week then coming here was bliss. Staff are very attentive and not a lot of guests so pool is normally empty. Restaurant menu very limited and the staff hang around watching you eat which is a little uncomfortable. Black sandy beach is beautiful but not really for swimming.

I had the pleasure of staying here for three nights last year - overall, the experience was very good; that expected for a place of this cost in Indonesia. Rooms are fantastic, food was good. On the way in, the concierge staff accidentally broke a bottle of wine we had brought, and without being asked went out and bought an...

Hotels in Bali range dramatically in terms of quality and price but this one is perhaps one of the best I've seen and offers excellent value for money. There are a few "even better if ideas" but if you can get here then stay here! We stayed in a ocean view room which had a great view and was very...

Only few rooms (12 or 15 I believe), so it is very calm and relaxed and not crowded at all. We had the most wonderful view from our terrasse....

I have stayed at Kelapa twice over the last year and cannot say enough about my stay both times. The staff go out of there way to accommodate and are always so lovely and friendly. They make everyone feel like a VIP guest!! The location while far from the airport, is stunning. It is so peaceful and you fill your...

Visited Bali 2 weeks ago and still carrying its state of mind in my soul . We loved Kelapa because of its serenity and luxury in the middle of wild beauty. The transfer assured by the hotel( 60 USD) from airport took 2.5 hours, but the driver Putu, attentif and kind, kept us updated about Bali . The retreat is...

Absolutely beautiful location nestled right on the beautiful black sands beach. Very quiet and tranquil, most suitable for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are very spacious with sea views.
