I would say obviously the choice is yours. We had beach front in February, and much to my surprise the waves were crashing all day and all night long. I didn't expect a week of Thunder alley, because that's what it sounded like. Having said that I am not sure if it's that's loud all the time, but if you don't mind the sound of possible crashing waves all day I would say beachfront, otherwise maybe ocean view, so it's not so loud.
