Perfect location for visiting the metrocentre. Room was comfortable, although a little cold there was no issue in getting additional covers. The hotel manager was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Good value for money!

Really sorry I am not sure, you would be better phoning the hotel directly to ask them. You can find the number on the Travelodge website by selecting the Gateshead hotel.

If you take the cycle path - walking route at the rear of the hotel along the side of the Tyne it's a short pleasant walk to the Metro Centre without the hassle of traffic. You only have to cross when you reach the... More

It is a bit out of town but only a taxi drive away. During the day hit the shops in the Metrocentre just a short walk away.
