We stayed in this apartments 3 times on summer holidays: in 2014, in 2015 and most recently in 2017. The big plus is location: right in the middle of an old Alcudia, on the main square Placa Carles V. Big enough apartment for 4 of us, nice views on the old town from the roof, convenient for the evening walks in Alcudia. When we were living the big advantage was that the breakfast was included in the price, which is not anymore, as I learned. A bit sad. But, certainly this hotel is still in our list if we go to Mallorca.

This is a very good place, great space and comfortable rooms and AC. Very clean, well located and center. No concierge to open access to apartments so… you must go to closed hotel to check in. No WiFi connection available, we never were able to connect even WiFi info available.

I booked this apartment for just 1 night as I was visiting Alcudia for the market and thought I’d spend the night. For the money I have 0 complaints. It’s nothing fancy but The room was spotless, staff was friendly who checked me in and the location is literally in the centre of the old town. I also left something in the room after I checked out and the cleaner left it behind the desk for me to collect on another day. Il 100% visit again for an over night stay next time I’m in Alcudia.

We stayed for 1 night on a Saturday to explore Alcudia Old Town and visit the Sunday Market during our holiday to Majorca. The apartments are 10 steps away from the Old Town so fantastic location. Spotless and everything needed. Very quiet considering location to Old Town. Only complaint is they need to supply a kettle for the kitchen. Alcudia Old Town is beautiful must see.

If you are looking for a good value place to stay in the Alcudia area and don't mind if the apartments are a little dated in decor, then this might be worth checking out. I was booked in a 'studio' but on arrival the apartment had a twin bedroom, a seperate large lounge with tv and another seperate kitchen and utilty area. The bathroom was also a good size with modern fixtures and a shower over the bath. My only concern was that there seemed to be no-one in reception - I was given the key in the morning by a member of staff from the ground floor cafe, but there was no-one to take my key in the morning as the cafe and reception were closed.

Flat was basic but spotless and a great base for walking or cycling in the area. We hardly used the car but managed some fantastic walks. The cafe downstairs was incredible value. 8E for 3 course menu of the day including a bottle of wine, water, bread and olives -oh and we has 15% discount on that price as we were residents! the roof terrace had lovely views-we wil use again.

Apartments situated right in the centre of Alcudia old town.
They are basic but nice and clean, reception very good and happy to help when open (office hrs only).
Breakfast is a typical buffet served in the cafe / bar downstairs.
Wifi free in the bar, but £5 per day in rooms / £15 for a week.
If you are arriving out of hours need to contact them as the bar isnt always open.
