Lovely room, super clean, great location, parking close by (unless you think a 4 minute walk is far), airco present, very good bathroom, good bed, and yes, check in was self service, but communication with hotel was super snd efficient, we found it very convenient, will recommend and will return 😀

Parking is not included like their site says. The front desk lady was so rude. They should state that there is no elevator as I have a bad knee. I was disappointed overall with the place. And there was a flea market in the center of town so I had to park way far away to get to the hotel.

We booked this hotel for our anniversary, returning to nearby where we got married. Due to covid, we had to change the booking twice meaning that the prices had significantly gone up when we actually managed to holiday, and we ended up having to pay the difference without breakfast included (as it had been originally). Room was lovely. Location fantastic for local amenities and parking. Customer service was basically non existent. Super awkward check in and no one else on the desk ever said hello or smiled - don’t even think they looked up. The cleaner alone was friendly and did a great job on the room. I mirror what others have said in reviews about the security. We were told there were times no one would be at the desk and so the front door would be locked and we’d need the key to let ourselves in. We found the door left wide open when returning late at night. Not that I think there’s anything to worry about in the area but whilst the room was nice, it wasn’t anything special for how lacking this place is on every other front. It would take so little to elevate the experience here - a friendly greeting, a welcome drink, some information about amenities or local recommendations to help you settle in. Good luck to you, we won’t be returning or recommending I’m afraid.

No one at reception to great us. They literally leave the hotel front door unlocked and unattended which is a huge security issue for anyone staying there! Finally found a note on their front desk telling us to go to the pizza restaurant across the street for the key. Room was old, tired and didn't have wifi. Don't believe the pictures or the room descriptions.

We had a very pleasant stay at Alcudia Petit Hotel situated in the heart of the old town. The hotel consists of various buildings and we stayed in Can Vent where we had a large bedroom with balcony overlooking a small courtyard. Very quaint and peaceful. Breakfast was provided in the restaurant opposite Petit Hotel, varied and plentiful. All the hotel staff - reception, waiters, cleaners - were extremely friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Very nice, clean and quiet hotel. Inside Alcudias walls so very close to several nice restaurants and shops. There are no bars inside the walls but there is a bus stop about 100m from hotel and it is €1.60 for short trip to Port of Alcudia where you can find entertainment and different restaurants (€4 in a taxi). Staff very nice and helpful, booked a boat trip for us.

The room was quite big with a jacuzzi pool in the bathroom. The building was recently renovated on old ruines. The room I had was under the roof and the air couldn’t go out easily and it was humid. Unfortunately the WiFi was out of order during 4 days and was only available at the reception and the breakfast. The buffet of the breakfast was big and tasty. You don’t need to have lunch afterwards.

We arrived to be told we had got a free upgrade! We were shown to the building across the road from the main hotel. The room was not the one I had chosen. The skirting board was full of scratches and an inch between that and the floor. The fixings were poorly fitted. It was very shabby looking. The only reason I had booked the hotel was due to the stylish finishes and the stone walls. My room did not resemble this at all. The next day I was shown an alternative room, unfortunately this was the same room o was staying in only smaller. It seems the hotel show only a few of their best rooms. This is very misleading and seem as you can view your room on booking.com is false advertising. I will not be staying here again. Also, I will be informing friends and family not to stay here. Luckily, we had booked a night at Villa Es castel in Binibona and this place exceeded expectations for the the same price. Don’t waste your money on this place
