Really enjoyed a short 4 day break at this lovely hostel. Very clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. The room was basic but comfortable with a comfy bed and nice bed linen. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and as much coffee as I wanted. Only a 5 minute walk to the fabulous beach at San Jose...

We really spent a pleasant holiday there. Rooms beautiful and cosy, always clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Regarding meal - reach breakfast and delicious dinner in the romantic garden terrace. I would definitely return.

I really resent it if I have to stay anywhere else in San Jose. In fact, I probably wouldn't ! Great rooms with lots of nice touches, perhaps some people would say they are a little basic, but for me perfect. Breakfast fantastic with lots of wonderful fresh fruit and healthy options. Evening meals wonderful and the terrace is perfect...

Though fairly basic, the hotel is attractive and the staff are efficient and very sweet natured. The hotel is quite near the sea, and is situated in an area where there are loads of decent restaurants. San Jose is mainly for the Spanish, not many Brits to be seen, but English is spoken fairly widely in the shops and around,

This appeared to be the nicest hotel in San Jose, which we could not have known before arriving. The building was immaculately clean and maintained; the rooms were well-designed, and included a small refrigerator; the desk staff were very helpful, even with their limited English. The breakfasts were delightful, a buffet, with cafe made to order by their resident barrista....

This is a basic hotel with a basic amenities as is reflected by the price. What really shines here are the wonderful and friendly staff that genuinely do everything they can to make you feel welcome. The breakfast is also very good for the price. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We stayed here for 3 nights during our tour of Andalucia The hotel is right in the centre, although most hotels here would be close. The second floor room we had, had a small verandah with table and chairs at the front of the hotel, however the sun has gone from the area by late afternoon. The room was very...

The hotel is just a few yards off the main street but it is amazingly quiet. The rooms are very comfortable and have a balcony that you can sit our on. The air conditioning was excellent but the wifi was weak. The hotel has some good areas to relax in and the breakfast was fine. It's a great place to...
