This was just what we wanted. Ability to cook all our own meals and snorkel right from the hotel. We booked the least expensive studio which has some tradeoffs -- the parking area steps came right up near our patio so we were always on view. Most of the ground floor apartments have a similar "fishbowl" issue. The room is tiny but well equipped. It lacks towel racks and could always use more hooks and shelves. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every meal for two weeks. There's a drying rack for wet swimming gear. The outdoor patio is lovely with couch, coffee table and dining table. There was an extra chair that just got in the way.(again, we booked the smallest room and the outdoor furniture is the same for all apartments.) Bachelor Beach has good snorkeling. The pool is great and has plenty of sunbeds.
Some tips if you are staying awhile: The dishwasher works really well but they only give you a few detergent tablets and charge a dollar apiece for more. Bring your own from home. The garbage can is large and gets smelly before it is full so we bought smaller bags that we could take out more frequently.
We were without a car for the first week. The grocery store that is less than a mile has limited selection and especially lacks produce and dairy. If you are carless take a taxi or walk the three miles to the supermarket in Kralendyk and stock up. If you want to explore the island it's best to have a car anyway. You'll need a truck for many of the dive sites and drive through Washington Slagbaai.

At the start of our stay, a number of things were not in order. The refrigerator was broken and there was no hot water. This was all resolved that same day: a brand new refrigerator was delivered and management checked and repaired the water system. We are very pleased with the good service and the management that is ready to help 24/7. They are very friendly and helpful, thanks for that! The resort and the rooms are clean, new and everything has been thought of. There is even a potato masher in the kitchen! You will also receive a welcome package with dishwasher tablets and dishcloths. Very nice.

We had a good stay with this resort. Duplex apartment. Nice spacious balcony. Swimming pool is very spacious. With a deep part and shallow. Excellent beds. Everything you needed was there. Good size refrigerator. Cool box is also very useful. Big rooms.
Aircon was ok. Choice of flooring was somewhat illogical on the top floor. Cold air was blown directly into the stairwell. A bit inefficient if you ask me. Staff were also very friendly.

The only thing that bothered me is that the water pressure was very poor. Even in the middle of the day there was a tiny trickle coming from the water pipes. We have indicated this. This would be the case throughout the island. But if you speak to others on the island, they think it's strange. So I have doubts about the truth of this excuse.
Also, almost nowhere is the floor level or sloping towards a drain. Shower water runs into the living room, for example.

Also something that is separate from the resort. You can take it with you if you choose winsock. Cars and motorcycles often race around the location. You hear this inside. Every weekend there is loud music at the start of Winsock. Cars that have been converted are still speakers. In our experience you don't have this north of Kralendijk. This has caused us to wake up regularly at night.
Overall good, but next time I will choose a different resort.

Excellent accommodation with very nice staff. Too bad the sunbeds by the pool are sagging so you are on wooden slats. Pillows on the beds would be nice. If you have 14 days there is 1x an interim cleaning and towel change. The towel change is possible more often as far as I'm concerned. 6 towels for 14 days is too little. Everything else well arranged, we'll come again.

So, the owners are clueless. It’s ok to dive all week spending £1000s at the dive centre they have photos of on their website. And eat lunch every day at their restaurant, but on the last day when you just want to swim in the pool they kick you out. Beyond the Coral is an excellent dive centre, just a shame they share a site with individuals that have no idea about hospitality and too much money. Think very carefully before booking at this hotel, it’s all about the money!!!

A beautiful resort in a very beautiful place. We had a 4 person room that was equipped with every luxury, including wonderful beds.
We had an unexpected and short stay at Bloozz because our flight was canceled due to a technical malfunction. 1 phone call at night to Bloozz to ask for a room and we were immediately picked up from the airport by the owner. We were also very well looked after at the resort and they took great care to make our unexpected stay as pleasant as possible. When we were able to fly back 24 hours later, we were taken back to the airport by the owner due to a lack of transfer options.
I would recommend everyone to come and spend their holiday here!

Just had a great week at Bloozz. Apartments are modern, clean and very comfortable. We had a second floor sea view which had a huge balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The hotel is across street from bachelors beach parking lot - and not on the beach but right across with pretty views and the pool is great. Restaurant food is good and pretty quick service.

The best part was the Beyond the Corals dive center on site. We had planned to dive on our own all week which we mostly did - we completed the required orientation dive with them and then a night dive as well. They were so helpful and friendly with advice on where to go, equipment and daily help with tanks etc. can’t recommend them highly enough!

A wonderfully quiet Resort, nice rooms with good air conditioning.
In the restaurant you can eat great, staff is very friendly.
You can easily cross the road to snorkel or dive at bachelors beach.
Beds are fine.
Only downside, the sunbeds by the pool are not very comfortable or sagging / broken and there are few shade spots. The umbrellas are fixed.
But this is nitpicking over the good stuff.
Tip! Rent a car or scooter

An absolute top class resort at the best location at the island: right in front of Bachelors Beach, just a few steps from sea access and stunning (sunset) views! The resort is brand new and all luxery is included. We will come back for sure!

Stayed in studio garden view.
Small-scale nice complex. Cozy bar with a small menu. Avocado caprese recommended. Pleasant staff.
Car is a must. Nice magnesium swimming pool. Snorkel across the road. The main road runs past the swimming pool. Sometimes a bit of noise is not really annoying. The mosquitoes are a problem. No mosquito net would be nice. Spray is available at reception. Take deet with you. On the last day you must leave the accommodation before 10 a.m. There is a shower and locker available. Enough books to read in the bookcase.
Less privacy at the apartments below the pool. Missing some shelves in the shower or towel rack.
Very extensive kitchen equipment. Ironing board and iron also provided. Cool box and elements available to take with you on trips.
