This is our second family holiday here once a few years ago with a 2month old baby and again with 2 small children 2yr and 8month. We found the apartments dated but clean. The one we stayed in this time seemed to have been updated and really was nice. Basic but everything worked and it was cleaned well every morning by a very friendly cleaner. We wouldn't book one without a balcony though as the others were very small and compact. Go for a luxury bungalow.. We found the staff lovely and helpful. Something for the kids to do... Kids club on an afternoon and mini disco on an evening although the only issue for us it was on a bit late... 8pm. We also had activities throughout the day by the pool which were enjoyed by adults and my eldest alike. He also liked the park which had a slide, climbing frame and swings. Food was always plenty and always a fish and meat freshly cooked on the grill as you wait. We had a vegan in our party and although not a load of choice for her she never went hungry and found something to eat every mealtime. We're definitely not fussy eaters and enjoyed every mealtime. Always hot, freshfood and the table cleaning service was spot on. Our 8month old is a machine and tried so many new foods. Pasta and chips some of the staples but so much more per mealtime so my son was in his element as had two of his favourites along with mixed veg and so much more.... Aways fresh fruit, yoghurt and a selection of cakes to finish off on coldplates so were lovely and cold still. The place is in the middle of nowhere so to visit the town is a 20 min bus ride. We went once to the beach there during our 5 night stay. People need to remember it's 2 star and I'd definitely say it should be a 3 in our opinion and I feel some of the reviews are pretty harsh. 3 different pools and always able to grab a bite to eat regardless of the time and drinks plentiful all day and evening. Definitely not for anyone with mobility issues as it's very hilly and I can imagine it being tough for anyone who was t able to manage steep hills. We sadly didn't see the horses this time as they weren't there which was a bit disappointing but understandable being If your expecting 5 star definitely avoid but if your not fussy, enjoy fresh food and a basic clean bungalow wouldn't bother you then it's 100% worth booking.

The hotel is very unsafe. Our room was robbed without any signs of burglary, which means the theft is being carried out by hotel staff. The hotel administration does not take any action to protect its customers, does not respond to reports of theft. Very unpleasant experience, poor hotel and service staff and the hotel owners themselves, who do not guarantee the safety and quality of service to their customers. Unsafe, unreliable, not recommended.

Flies everywhere not one or two hundreds all over food, in dinner and pools. Bungalow is what they called our accommodation we call it our cell, never slept air con doesn’t work, doors not secure and bed so old and lumpy wouldn’t let my dog sleep on it. Only thing which was nice was the view, the sea is down 435 steps which would not recommend for children as hand rails not secure and steps have eroded over the years towards the bottom which when the tide is out is approximately 3meters of rock not beach. The resort is in the middle of no where not even a little bar or shop we hired a car before deciding to check out early and stay somewhere else. Avoid this place felt more like a punishment then a holiday

Was pleasantly surprised with this accommodation. Stayed for a week with my partner and could not fault the place. I have never stayed in a 2 star property before and was really concerned after reading reviews. Do not be put off, yes it is not in a tourist area, which for us worked, the setting is wonderful, sea views and beautiful sun sets. The food was fresh and varied enough J ate something different everyday during my weeks stay. For the price we paid I really can not complain. The staff work very hard constantly clearing tables. The entertainment staff do a great job with children though out the day and evening there is always something to do. There are 3!pools I choose to use the top pool as it was quiet and the views stunning. Masks are only required while ordering at the bar and when moving around the buffet. I would definitely return to this hotel and think that it deserves more than its 2 stars easily a 3 when you consider all that is available here.

Me and my husband (just married came here for honeyweek). We are here already 2 days. The first the was full of negative emotions. When just arrived to hotel reception we were waiting for 1h to get served. Afterwards we were asked to come back at 2pm because bungalows were not ready. When we came back again standing in a queue. When we got finally keys we saw our bungalow (if I can it bungalow). It was small box room were fit only 2 single beds. Bathroom together with wc. In shower can fit only very tiny person. I couldn't turn around to wash properly. Beds are old. At least soft. Pillows??? Oh my God...very worn. Wardrobe dirty. We had one window with a view to...bushes. Then we went for lunch and dinner. Food one and the same. Basically not big choise. Breakfast is English style. I paid for our stay in this resort £700. But its not worth it. Definitely NOT. Only good words I can say about bar staff. Nice barmen. In restaurant staff don't speak in English at all. We forgot to take masks in bungalow (which was quite far from restaurant) and we were not allowed to go in for dinner. So please DO NOT BOOK this hotel. Only if it is for very small price. I will never return and not suggest this place.
