We went for 2 nights away as a couple to celebrate a birthday. It is a lovely old pub and the decor in the bedroom was modern and attractive. The bed was spectacularly comfortable! The staff were excellent - especially the lovely lady who served us breakfast and the evening waitresses. The food was really special. We will definitely be... More

After a good walk on the Cotswold way do not get caught up with the rest of the madding crowd in Chipping Campden when 3 miles away there is a local village pub that serves Fish & Chips to die for. The beer was excellent being the local Yubby Brewery and the old village pub was warm, friendly with good... More

It has all been said. Good Cotswold pub in nice village good food and service and a good pint of ale. The tables are far enough apart so as your not listening to someone elses' conversation and all in all a delightful experience. I will certainly revisit

Went for sunday lunch. Really good tasty food, had roast beef and all the trimmings. Amazing puddings. Will definately go again, friendly staff and good service. Loved the garden very well looked after with lovely countryside views.

We ate here on a Sunday night - my husband and I, friends who had travelled from Bath and our daughter who lives in London. We were staying elsewhere in the Cotswolds but had booked dinner here, partly as there were very few restaurants serving dinner at the time we wanted. The food was the best we had all weekend... I certainly would recommend this inn for food and comfort. The room was beautifully decorated and felt really cosy. Lovely touches with homemade biscuits and sherry. Breakfast was delicious and varied. My only regret was I didn't bring a shower cap to take advantage of the beautiful bathroom. Will next time! Oh and ask for wifi password.

We'd just visited Hidcote Manor & Gardens (separate review) and decided to call in The Ebrington, after spotting the sign at a junction nearby, it was only a couple of miles down the road and en-route to Bourton anyway'ish. It was a cute hamlet and the pub central to it, being a larger man, it was nice to see Staropramen... More

We had lunch here after spending a lovely morning, walking around Hidcote Gardens, which very close by. It is small country pub, a little off the beaten track, but has a nice atmosphere and plenty of choice of local brews for the discerning beer drinker. The menu is small, but the standard of food, both presentation and quality of cooking... More

A lovely small restaurant serving British style food. The menu isn't extensive and you may struggle if you have strict dietary requirements but they were so friendly I am sure if you called ahead they would be able to accommodate you. The restaurant had a lovely rustic feel and the waitress was so polite and friendly. Between the 5 of... More

So many good pubs nowadays have turned into restaurants only, and the pub type atmosphere is therefore missing. But this is still a local drinking pub - and with excellent food. Locals and visitors combined well and the pub team were friendly and attentive. If we were in the area again we would definitely have this on our favourites list.... More
