After a cold but enjoyable visit to nearby Hidcote Gardens we booked lunch at The Ebrington Arms. A well situated table next to the open log fire soon prepared us for a delicious meal and drinks. The pub has great character and the staff are friendly and welcoming. A super lunch.

Dined here on a Thursday evening in February. Lovely atmosphere - archetypal English country pub, fire going, great selection of beer. We were disappointed with the meal on a couple of counts. 1. When ordering we were advised to order 'extra' spuds as there weren't many on the plate . ( Main dish of Belly Pork ). When it came...

Stopped for lunch on a weekend visit to the cotswolds. It was snowing outside so the log fires were a welcome sight. Pub is really cosy and welcoming. Had smoked salmon sandwiches - generous portions of thickly sliced salmon on fresh granary bread. Lovely. Perfect way to spend a winter's afternoon.

Visited this historic old pub to try it. Warm welcome with good ales. We were given the menu but not the specials or deal offering which I had to find myself. Interestingly the option for bread and olives was not on the menu but on going to the bar I found it on the chalk board! My Wife found the...

Attended a with a group of maybe 18 work colleagues, i was advised beforehand it was "quite posh " . The building itself was very pretty, it was busy for a Monday night and we crammed into the small bar for a pre meal drink. Slightly bothered that there was only 1 ladies toilet that we could find( from the...

We stopped off for a drink on a day of walking and wished we had planned on lunch here. The food looked delicious. The bar area had a roaring log fire and lovely atmosphere. We were very muddy (our Beagle being the biggest culprit) but the staff were most welcoming supplying us with a towel to wipe down the dog...

Stayed at the Ebrington Arms for two nights in December before my wedding at St. Eadburgha's. From the first moment to the last the service was incredible. On the first night we dined with two other couples; the food was amazing, especially the beef on their Xmas menu. On the second night, I dined with my groomsmen and parents and...

I was tasked with finding a venue for New Year for 4 couples. The requirements were: must have - great food, great beer, stylish comfortable bedrooms in a perfect Cotswolds location. We were all absolutely delighted with our 2 night stay, made perfect by the attention to detail in this professionally run but friendly pub. The helpful owners along with...

The Ebrington arms is simply brilliant. A great place to drink, eat and sleep if you want. After a long walk to be able to drop into the pub and have a welcomed drink if real ale or wine is s must to experience. Or go and have a great lunch or dinner. Jim the owner is a calm guy...

We were staying locally on holiday and stumbled across this little gem towards the end of our holiday. We enjoyed our meal so much on our first visit, we returned for the following evening too. We loved the bar area and relaxed atmosphere and the staff made us very welcome. They also take dogs, which for us was real positive,...
