My daughters and I stayed at Phuket's "5-Star" Nai Harn Hotel during October, expecting to enjoy One Good Week during Terrible 2020. But it was just one more Terrible Week. during our last night someone entered the room while we were sleeping and stole our money and other valuables. Fortunately, only our hotel's reputation was injured. Not only did they refuse to compensate us for the loss but they refused to even acknowledge that the event had taken place. Lessons learned: if you stay at the Nai Harn, bring your own 5 Stars: a) 3 armed Security Guards who can protect you 24 hours a day on 8 hour shifts b) 2 lawyers who can witness any crimes and file appropriate legal charges

Hotel's Favorite
The location of this hotel is what dreams are made of. It sits in a very quiet bay in the south of Phuket. The views from the rooms are stunning. The beach is one of the cleanest and safest beaches we have visited. The hotel staff from the person meeting us at airport, the driver and then the front office were terrific. Extremely well trained. Then the staff in restaurants, spa and pool made the visits to these areas even better. I would rate the hotel and its staff overall, as one of the best I have stayed in over 40 years of International Travel

First of all I just came back from the hotel 2 days ago, I did sent an email to the GM but no response at all... The hotel just reopen after the COVID and I think they still not yet ready to open When I arrived to the hotel, no one take care of me, it was light rain and I had to get out from the car, opened the trunk, brought my luggages out from the car myself which I was sick and I had to do everything by myself. Which I think the hotel should take care for customer than this On the next day I wanted to get some sleep in the afternoon coz I was sick. Some technician made the loud noise at the wall of my room! I called front staff she said the next hotel has some construction but the noise is from the wall not from the outside hotel !! which I saw staff with some equipment sat outside my room earlier. I did record the video of the noise and attached the file to the GM by email but nothing happened. All the staffs at the restaurant didn’t wear the mask except the one who serve the bakery I stayed in Phuket quite often since 2-3 stars until 5-6 stars. I think this hotel is not worth for the money coz lack of service mind.

Last week my family enjoyed the hospitality of the Nai Harn hotel. The main reason of choosing this hotel was its unique location and scenery view to Nai Harn beach. We happened to visit this beach in 2017 but that time it was crowded and quiet noisy. While Thailand still keeping its borders close you can savor the atmosphere of calmness and loneliness during stay in the hotel. The occupancy level is quite low - just few guests - and this creates the feeling that all hotel’s staff are circulating around you:) We stayed at the Ocean Deluxe Suite with a stunning view on the bay. It has a large veranda with a huge sun-bed. Room is well-equipped and has got all modern facilities. There are a number of excellent food and drink outlets in the hotel but they are quite pricey (don’t forget you are staying at 5-star hotel). The beach itself is wide and long. But in the afternoon it gets crowded with local people who come there to chat, drink beer, walk with their dogs. By the way, the beach is a home for a huge number of homeless dogs. They becomes a bit annoying during twilights and night time. Bear it in mind if you are a lover of nights walks on the beach.

Lovely hotel right next to the beach. Beautiful views from the rooms. I had a suite which has a huge balcony area with day bed and sun loungers. Bed huge and very comfortable with plenty of good pillows. Rooms and hotel areas look just like the photos on their website. The whole hotel is tastefully decorated and clean. The buffet breakfast has a great egg station, the best eggs Benedict I've had in a while and you have to try the almond croissants. Pool is quite small but a good amount of sun beds. Great area for sunset cocktails. All the staff from the house keeping to the wait staff friendly and polite. The spa was great, deals on massages at the moment too and the ladies were very good masseurs. Now is a great time to try this hotel because of international travel restrictions.
