This resort and it's staff are a dream come true! My husband & I chose this destination to celebrate my 50th birthday & they truly made our stay so memorable, that I can't wait to return. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and they have spared no expense in all of the decor and details. The plush grounds are immaculate & the beach area is so very private with the softest white sand and warm turquoise waters. We were so impressed with the beach loungers, cabanas & the attentive service by the staff. We typically prefer to spend our time at the beach, however the pool is so picturesque, that we found ourselves spending some time here as well, enjoying the loungey chill music. Our Ambassador, Yorkis was so attentive & he took care of all of our dining reservations. The food is second to none. The staff totally catered to my food sensitivies of gluten and dairy & we were so touched by their level of care & service. Everything we sampled was absolutely so fresh & delicious. Be sure to visit the lobby bar & have a drink with the amazing mixologist Miguel. Truly an artist. The evening entertainment from the live bands to the silent disco were all very classy options. We liked how the entertainment noise was kept to a certain time, keeping the resort wonderfully serene later at night. There is also the option to walk a few minutes to the public beach for a live DJ & dancing on certain nights. The highlight for us (trust me there are so many), was the Yubarta & Personal Training Experience. The staff at both of these are exceptional. What an enlightening experience of Yoga, Sound Healing & a beautiful Energy Cleanse. Don't miss out on these! David & Joni at the Personal Training Studio are a wealth of knowledge & ready to assist you. We truly enjoyed our time at the gorgeous studio. We also loved our time spent at the spa with an invigorating hydrotherapy circuit. Totally worth it. This resort is top notch. Thank you Cayo Levantando!

My wife and I travelled to Cayo Levantado to celebrate her 40th birthday. This 5-Star resort deserves all 5 stars! Every detail in the resort is well designed with a modern chic experience and provides luxurious amenities. Due to our work schedules, we only stayed 2 nights, and it was worth every penny. As soon as you arrive to the Santo Domingo airport, there is a 2.5 hour private transfer to the port of Samana. From the port of Samana a short 10 minute private boat transfers you to this private oasis. The island has beautiful beaches, crystal clear water fronts, pools and great cuisine.
One of the standout features of this resort is the impeccable service. The staff members are some of the friendliest and most attentive individuals I have ever encountered. They go above and beyond to ensure that every guest's needs are met, always with a smile on their faces. Whether it was arranging restaurant reservations, suggesting activities, or simply providing helpful tips, they were always there to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were personally assigned 2 ambassadors who were available to assist us 24-7 which made the trip stress free. Our Ambassadors names were Marco and Rosa, and they were absolutely amazing!
The accommodations at Cayo Levantado Resort are nothing short of luxurious. My room was beautifully appointed, offering both comfort and style. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the plush bedding to the modern amenities provided. Waking up to the gentle sound of waves crashing on the shore and the sight of the sun rising over the horizon was a truly magical experience.

We stayed at the Cayo Levantado resort for five nights in February. We travel a lot and have seen many luxury resorts, but Cayo Levantado is a pure gem. We were spoiled by our ambassador Yorkis from the moment we set foot on the island, he was at our disposal day and night. Yorkis thank you very much once again. At the first moment we were stunned by the Victorian architecture in the whole resort. Our beach villa and our suite were spacious, furnished in modern interior design. Besides the remarkable accommodation, the nature and the landscape architecture contributed to an unforgettable experience. The waiters from Bladimir to the last one were always smiling and always available at the beach bar, on the beach cabanas and in every restaurant. They were serving cocktails and drinks even in the sea and in the swimming pool. Regarding the food, we would like to point out the dinner in the Manaiya restaurant. It was one of our best experiences, chef Dominguez thank you very much. Tacos at the Carey restaurant were amazing, a real masterpiece. The breakfast was served in two restaurants every morning. Both options were amazing, serving a variety of meals, with the highlight on the fresh fruit and homemade juices. David, the fitness manager provided us brilliant workouts. We just returned from Cayo Levantado Resort and even though it was raining the first few days, the experience was exceptional since the resort offers multiple options for your well-being that do not necessarily have to do with the beach and pool.
The gym staff is the best, they are very attentive to the way you do your routines, they correct you if you are doing a wrong routine and they teach you new routines.
Yubarta provides a space to disconnect and totally relax. The sound of the rain helped that relaxation even more.
All the meals in all the restaurants were spectacular, with the Manaya and Senda theme restaurants standing out, the latter offering an incredible experience.
All the staff seem to have been trained to treat all guests in a cordial and correct way, never lacking a greeting and always ready to help in what we needed.
Although we do not use the spa, the facilities are spectacular.
And our room was the best, with a spectacular view that when we return to the resort we want to make sure we have the same.

Very nice beach- local vendors, restuarants and bars- priced for tourists- I can see it could get very busy. The vendors are very persistant with selling items, will come directly to you on the beach. Some people have monkeys, parrots to take pictures with along with doing photoshoots. I didn't enjoy the constant asking, when I politely said no. Boats came in and anchored, it was a little much when someone had their music beyond loud for the entire beach.

My wife and I just returned from a week at Cayo Levantado and all we can say is this resort is absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect! The resort has recently been refurbished and the level of details, care and attention in every single aspect of the vacation is beyond excellence. From the initial reception to departure and throughout the whole journey, the staff is truly sensational (too many to single out anyone - they are ALL great!), the rooms are spectacular, the food and service at every restaurant are superior quality, the experience at the Yubarta (thank to Carmen and team) and the spa are memorable. You MUST try the YUBARTA sessions!! Our ambassador Marco was always present and proactive. I am lacking superlatives to describe this place. We have been to many vacation resorts in the Caribbean over the past many years and this one tops them all by far. One small caveat, both the public and private beaches are somewhat small (this is a small island after all), so if having a very long strip of beach is paramount to your vacation, this resort doesn't provide it. I am strongly recommending Cayo Levantado and we will definitely return.

Excellent conditions, well maintained and well trained staff. Once checked in, you can always reach staff via WhatsApp. Our host was ADRIAN. He is very knowledgeable, respectful and you can tell he loves his job.
The main focus of this hotel is to renew, relax, refresh yourself. Therefore, if you are looking to party hard then you shouldn’t consider this hotel as you might not like it. Still, i recommend anyone to go just to experience it. Their cocktails, drinks are amazing. Later at night they have their disco beach where they exhibit fire shows and more.
The food is delicious. They filter their own water and they horticulture many of the veggies and greens that they use which I think is really cool.

Fantastic trip! When I booked it looked a little pricey to me, but immediately after I got there I could tell this resort is great value. The closest thing I had experienced before was the Four Seasons in Baia Papagayo, but the experience at Cayo Levantado was better and the price was less than half. Great facilities, great staff, tons of activities (there is no reason to leave the resort), great food, all in a truly paradisiac location.

I came here to celebrate our Honeymoon. By far The best hotel I have ever stayed in My life and I have been traveling for the past 23 years all over the world. I'm so proud to say I am Dominican and we have this Gem of a place in our country. From the moment you arrive to the parking lot where you check in to the moment you enter the premises of the hotel, the service and attention is our of this world. I have no words to explain how great this place is . The food is excellent, drinks are top notch (couldn't even believe this place was all inclusive) because the food and drinks quality is extraordinary. Special thanks to Drahian he went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed at this place but the entire hotel staff is amazinggggg. Thank you so much Cayo Levantado Resort, we will be back soon.
