Really nice adults only resort … Check in was a bit rushed, but the over all experience was really wonderful. Your room key is a bracelet so I loved not having to keep up with a card. The property sits right off the beach and has rooms with garden, golf-course and beach views. It has 13 restaurants, 12 bars and a really nice coffee shop. When you check in have the concierge show you the kiosk to make reservations. Make them for the 3 days that you are able. It was a bit overwhelming seeing all spots were taken til late. We just had a late snack and all worked out :) Restaurants we tried- first let me say we are foodies and love good food. The food here did not disappoint and actually exceeded our expectations. Cafecito coffee shop- really good espressos, pastry’s and some sandwiches. I was impressed at the late hours (11pm) and everything was included here. Some all inclusive resorts make “coffee drinks” extra. Not here! ☕️ *Mercado 19- has a really nice breakfasts with everything you can imagine. No kidding on this. :) we didn’t do dinner here but heard it has amazing tacos 🌮 *maria Dolores- nationally acclaimed chef- Edgar Nunez. Exceptional food experience. Tried several different appetizers and each one fantastic… the plates are like art. Beautifully arranged and designed. The desserts were fantastic as well. food and drink exceptional and worth the extra. Go to the bar and get Mario (I can’t find his card) the main bartender to get a negro scorpion. Really good drink he made and enter in a contest and got 2nd place. I want one again so badly! Yum! The next night he made a special drink of the day for me- spicy and tropical and named it punte grande... it was delicious!!! 🍹 *El Susporo- seafood. was our least favorite.. lobster was super overdone as well as the grilled fish. Nice setting outside closer to the ocean area. * cliento- pizzas, salad and some pastas. Favs here were the balbino pizza and the cream of mushroom soup.. *los abrazos- steakhouse by rooftop pool. The salad bar alone is reason to come here. They have so many homemade jams, fresh breads and so many different cheeses I lost count. Had surf and turf and it was fantastic!! Definitely a place to go at least once when here. * bikini azul- BBQ type menu. We went but left as didn’t have a server come by. * takeshi- nice Asian inspired dishes. Mongolian beef was amazing. The noodle dishes were fantastic too. *cali di Luna- one of the best surprise restaurants we went to as all others booked when we arrived. The grilled octopus was cooked perfectly and prob best I have had since Italy. *La Consentida- went here for lunch and had amazing make your own pasta dish made in front of you. Also grilled steak and shrimp upon request. Breakfast also good here! Lots of options just not as big/loud as mercado 19. *kopai- Japan dished and sushi. Bars- Lobby bar- great place to grab a drink and look out at the infinity pool. El Deseo theatre- fun place to go to watch karaoke, attend the silent disco as well as watch some shows. El cielo sky bar- one of our favorite places. Beautiful views, nice little menu for food, great service. Thank you James and maekik D Jair !! Comes with inspira package. Bar De La Calle- amazing drinks made with fresh ingredients like herbs and fresh fruits. Just tell them your choice of alcohol and if you want sweet or spicy and watch them get creative! Fun! *La Cantina- fun little spot to get a drink and bites to eat. Huge selection of tequila. * Picollos (I think)- prob one of my favorites.. it’s on the patio behind the lobby bar area. It’s cheese boards, wine and bubbles. Moises and Naiomi were wonderful!! Super friendly and amazing service. Rooms- there are so many options. They have rooms with just balcony’s looking to the golf course, ocean or a nice tropical plant view. They rooms with swim-ups, as well as rooms that have a gorgeous rooftop/upstairs with a private pool that has a killer view. They also have corner rooms with plunge pools, corner rooms with multi balcony views and suites. They have a room for everyone here at this resort. We had a room that was oceanview with a fabulous bathroom that you can keep closed off or open up to the rest of the room. Shower was a rainforest shower and was nice and large. Room had 2 bottles of wine, stocked fridge, and a plethora of amazing snacks. Inspira level gets you a butler, additional pools to go to, including the el cielo rooftop. Also gets you separate area at the beach. Activities- the offer kayaking, sailing , arts and crafts and many others with no additional fees. Tequila tasting requires a reservation as well as additional fee. Concierge- they can help you with excursions. Gift shop was nice. It has a nice selection of gifts and apparel and has the amazing hotel scent- jade, to purchase. Beach- nice, lt white sand beach. Waters were nice and clear. Seaweed wasn’t a huge problem, but I do think resort could do a better job getting it picked up. We saw the same piles sitting for 2days. You can order drinks at the beach bar. Cute area with swings to hang out on. Getting a beach cabana/Bali bed was a bit tricky. They get taken before 6:30am. We got lucky and got one on the last morning there before leaving that afternoon. Was really nice. Pools- favorite pool was the el cielo. The vibe was chill and more what we want in a vacation so we spent a lot of time there. The main pool was nice, but was super loud and busy a few times we were there. Pool loungers go quick especially the Bali beds. Definitely was an amazing hotel and one we will return to. Staff was super friendly and wanted to make you feel comfortable and at home. They are redoing the front entry so can’t wait to see what that will look like !

We were so impressed by this resort that we’re already planning our next trip with friends. The staff and service set this place above and beyond anything. We visited for our babymoon and every single member of their team made me feel like a queen. The food is by far some of the best all-inclusive food we’ve ever had. The resort is clean and designed exceptionally well. All the greenery and the trees are so calming and stunning. I mean the photos don’t do it justice. And those other reviews aren’t lying about it smelling good everywhere from the lobby to the hallways. Our room smelled GREAT. No musty smell you find at other resorts. We booked a junior suite king oceanfront/view, and as soon as we walked in our jaws dropped. We felt like we were home. Everything was spotless and our view was breathtaking. The bed was huge, clean, and comfortable. The room was massive and the bathroom was luxurious. You definitely get what you pay for and honestly you don’t need the inspira package to experience all this. The spa is heavenly. One of the best spas I’ve ever been to. I WENT THREE TIMES! My only complaint would be the entertainment during the weeknights. I wasn’t interested in the club since I went when I was pregnant, so it would have been nice to have something else to do or watch - wish they had more shows but honestly we had fun so much fun at both karaoke nights I totally didn’t care. Shoutout to the amazing staff at the spa. I had three prenatal massages during our stay and every single one of mine and my husbands therapists were amazing — Zaira, Ingrid, Felicita and Lily. Alberto at the pool really took care of me and deserves a raise. His service is impeccable. The kindest, sweetest person ever. Our housekeeper Isabel was incredible! Overall we were just blown away. You won’t regret booking here!

Great resort. Beautiful beach. Spotless hotel. Excellent service. Especially would mention the stuff of “La Consentida” buffet: Jesus Hurtado, Bruno, Alexis, Francisco, Cristopher, cheffs Jessica, Jorge, Efrain, hostesses Alison and Ana. They were so attentive and friendly that it was a real pleasure to meet them daily. Would definitely return.

Beautiful resort! Travel agent here. Chose this resort for my group work trip based on recommendations from other agents. It was everything they described & more! Can't say enough about the service, food and cleanliness. If quiet is your speed, there is a pool by building 3 that will be your spot. The main pool by building 2 had music in the late morning & mid afternoon each day we were there. Carlos at the swim up bar makes amazing drinks that aren't on the menu. Be sure to ask him to surprise you! Our server, Julio, by the pool was amazing! He took great care of or group all day! Kept us full of great food & drinks. Be sure to ask for him! And for the late nite partiers, there is a club that plays dance music staring at 11 every night. That's where the party is at! This resort really is a great balance of elegance and fun.

Corner room with private patio during our stay. We had Roberto and Aline as our butlers, making our honeymoon AMAZING 🤩 This is one of the best resorts I have stayed in with food and service being outstanding. My only complaint is the bed was a little harder than I would have liked. We will definitely be returning for another stay!

We loved visiting Moises and Enrique every evening at Piccolo Bistro. They became like family for us for the week. The wine and charcuterie was the perfect pre-dinner snack, and the conversation with them was amazing. They are a wonderful asset to Atelier!

Took my daughters for a summer getaway. We were welcomed with such graciousness and hospitality from the moment we stepped through the doors and that carried through our entire stay. The resort itself is beautiful and the rooms are thoughtfully appointed. We had a Junior Double Ocean View Suite and it was spacious and felt grand. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was perfect for early morning and late evening relaxation. We did one excursion to Isla Mujeres and it was definitely worth the money. We definitely plan on going back.
