The resort was a beautiful place for family to relax & enjoy especially their villas those were very enjoyable by our family with so much more to offer such as Kayaking, swimming pool, the food was a bit expensive with little portions etc. However, just a slight setback please staff needs to be a bit more attentive to the swimming pool cause its a bit slippery at most times around and the pool steps also it would be good for slip mats to be used around the pool as well as the walk way for Kayaking very slippery my nephew and brother slipped twice and with minor injuries other than that everything was great n family enjoyed it.

Choosing to work with Le Uaina for our family event was the best decision for us, given the ideas we had, the preferences, time constraint, and our budget. Our nerves calmed the more we talked with the Manager himself and his staff, and it was really easy to pin down what we can expect to happen. What an enjoyable night with family! the food was on point, the service added value to our event and the entertainment was simple and sweet! We had no stress or fuss knowing that the Manager and chef were working on our pre-orders, then there was Mika at the Bar, Lufilufi (the oldest waiter I've met yet) and his boys for service and entertainment, Luisa and Noa in the front with our accommodations! Totally less stress for us the organisers. Some of us even slept past checkout time without any hassle from the property because we were too exhausted from catching up with family the night before...very considerate! Overall I believe it was definitely an example of our Beautiful Samoa hospitality, food and drinks spectacular and natural beach setting. I must say that what I appreciated more was the management and staff prioritizing us locals just as much as our overseas guests! Strengthens my belief that our local market has the potential to back up our tourism industry, especially in the off-peaks. Our Le Uaina experience was short, sweet and memorable. Faafetai Junior and staff, ua malie mata e vaai! Next time, we'll be there on relax mode :)

Not only was the room extra clean, beautiful and newly remodeled... the service from the moment we arrived was top-notch!! Food was fresh, made to order and the chef isn’t afraid to try something new! The entertainment was WOW!! From a luau, to nightly live music, it really sets the tone for relaxation! The grounds are beautifully landscaped and kept up! The pools are relaxing! We had massages, and the location room where they have them, well it can’t get any closer to the ocean-it’s on the ocean!!!!!! Kayaks to use and enjoy! Don’t hesitate to book!!!

Samoa is a beautiful place and I have visited the country a number of times. I have been to this particular accommodation 3 times on different trips but this time it was clear from the start that things have changed. The resort has grown in the past couple of years from a handful of fales to more modern hotel style rooms. Unfortunately the prices have risen and service is reduced. The whole checkin process is efficient but lacks the small hotel warmth it used to have. Rooms are only serviced on request, which we only discovered on enquiry at day 3, and even then it's hit and miss whether it will happen or what will be done. Hot water was an issue, we had 2 rooms with 3 people and averaged very few hot showers. Food was very inconsistent day to day with the same order arriving differently. More than one meal was inedible. There is no local alternatives so you want to like the food. We were previously unaware that the resort's first big wedding was occurring when we stayed. They probably shouldn't have taken our booking, as all activity focussed on that, making our access to meals and drinks restricted. Most of the staff were lovely and the local girl who sings at the bar is a star! Customer management and village warmth was missing and it's just not good value for money anymore.

Spent a few night here as our first accomodation of a 2 week holiday. Was a fairly basic resort, we stayed in a garden view room, but had all the essentials including breakky, lunch and dinner as well as a great pool for the whole family to relax at the end of the day. Swimming in the ocean was not great, and we actually only ended up once swimming while here. There's a few good atttractions nearby including the Piula Cave (a must see).

Talofa Matt G, Thank you for taking your time out to review your stay with us. we take it that your stay was satisfactory and we are glad this is the case. in regards, to the ocean, yes we do agree that the ocean has changed throughout the years and this is one of the many problems faced with small island nations during these times of global warming. we did have a beautiful beach at one time, and regrettable we did have to take drastic measure to ensure safety for our guests from the natural disasters etc. hence the ugly seawall. we do hope that you do take with you the fond memories of Samoa. thank you again for choosing leuaina for your holiday
