Great for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
3 nights stay... The positive: Large room( king size bed with firm mattress) with sitting area; Well appointed bathroom; Large balcony with chairs, and a Dry rack ; Nice buffet breakfast with Asian and western choices ; Fantastic warm infinity pool (steps are a bit tricky and needs more lounge chairs) ; Steps from middle of jomtien beach, and about 15 min walk to Dongtan gay beach and jomtien complex (where most gay bars are.)
The shower curtain and pool towels stinks mold smell ( did mention it to manager); There is large building construction on pool side (work 6 days a week 7 am to 6pm ) so no quiet time there. Beside that, with a very good midweek room rate +/- 40us$ from AGODA, I definitely recommend the place , but when I looked at extending the stay over the weekend, room rates were 2 to 3 x what I had paid, at the price It’s better to shop around and find a quiet place.

I stayed at this hotel in May 2022. I arrived at the hotel around 12 p.m., the staff offered to leave my things since check-in is from 14 o'clock.
The room has everything you need, of the advantages I want to mention a large TV with smart TV and also a small kitchen with a microwave and a separate sink. Of the minuses, the hotel has really fast Internet, but it is not always stable. The room was cleaned well, everything was always replenished.
The hotel hosted breakfast, a very large selection of buffet food on weekends, on weekdays the waiters brought 1 of 3 pre-prepared dishes to choose from, but there was always fruit, toast and coffee past the main course. You could always ask for more.
There are also two small pools, both clean and near them there are sun loungers with awnings. I want to note that all employees are very responsive and always smiling!
There is a small market near the hotel, as well as grocery stores within walking distance. In general, a couple of weeks went great, I would love to come back again!

Perfect location in Jomtien beach Pattaya. Only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Nice hotel and clean room. Recommended Jacuzzis room in the new building. The hotel have outdoor wimming pool and Breakfast is very nice but the hotel should find the solution about guest room include breakfast instead of giving small coupon because is easy to lose them and making guest embassing come for breakfast but no coupon even room include breakfast.

Booked a room through Agoda and got the impression that this was a very nice hotel as Fifth Jomtien itself advertises with 5 star luxury service.
This is far from 5 star luxury service and the hotel is also not a 4 star hotel as it is listed as. This is a medium 3 star hotel. Saw almost nothing to the staff apart from when someone was sitting on the floor at what I think was the hotel's restaurant.
Here there were several things I reacted to. Check-in went relatively smoothly. Deposit of 1000 baht without me knowing what the reason for that is as there is nothing but two bottles of water from the hotel's own water bottles in the room. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, but only two very small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. There is little water pressure in both the sink and the shower. The bathroom itself seems old and worn.
The room on the 6th floor is also generally old and worn. I could not use the chair in the room as two of the chair legs were about to break. I reported this and they were to change that chair. Don't know if this was done because it was very unstable for the rest of the stay so didn't use it. The chairs on the balcony were old and rotten. One chair broke when I sat on it and asked the cleaning staff to replace it, which they did.
During our stay only one of two lifts worked so expect it to take time if this is not fixed. The cleaning staff often sat in one of the hotel rooms by the lift with the door open where it seemed they were having a meal break.
Wifi breaks many times an hour and I had to log in all the time. Incredibly bad Wifi if you were to depend on it.
Didn't have buffet breakfast included, but paid 350 THB for this once. Incredibly poor selection of breakfast. Far from worth the price.
The hotel is located approx. 5-10 minutes from Jomtien beach. It remains the only positive experience of the hotel.
Will not stay here again. Old and shabby hotel without service

I certainly agree with the other positive reviews. Hotel is in a great location (just down the road from the beach), rooms are a good size, breakfast is excellent and the pool is nice. Hotel staff is friendly. There was a problem with my room and the hotel contacted me days before and I was compensated with a free supper. Very professional. I did not have any issues with the construction next door. I would definitely stay here again.

What could be a great hotel is let down by an extremely poor internet service. Staff are fabulous, rooms spacious and servicing of rooms good. Showers difficult to operate and flooding of bathroom a problem. Breakfast could be better, especially heating of food, often cold because of non functioning heat lamps supposed to keep food warm but in reality cold. Would I stay there again? Yes, but only if internet and cold food fixed.

Lovely hotel off the main beach road. Room was modern, spacious and well equipped and kept nice and clean. Only negative was the bed was very hard. Pool area was very good and family friendly. I especially liked there being a couple of pools so you could stay away from the children’s area. Nice bar connected to pool. Breakfast was good with a good western selection including omelet bar. Great location close to the beach and main shopping streets and markets. Would recommend.

They are layers . Because they have old building and told to the people that is Premium superior room but it’s not correct . Standard room is much better and manager told that is normal . But then you make the booking the price for superior is higher . So … After they just asked more money then you check-in if you don’t wanna stay at “Superior”

Had an fab time here with husband and 3 kids. Visiting father in jomtien. Been coming for 25 years but first time on this hotel. Definitely will stay here again. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy to help. Had 2 rooms. So much space in our room. Separate living area, kitchen facilities (didn’t use), dining table to fit us all in. Breakfast was delicious. Place spotless. Really stylish and modern. Pools were great at the end of a hot day. Great location - beach at end of street. Baht buses there too right into Pattaya. Night market short walk along Jomtien beach. Lots of places to eat around and coffee shops are the new thing so lots of these too. Beach spotless and deck chairs cheap for the day.

Excellent location about 2 blocks to Jomtien Beach. Neighborhood is chill and so were the hotel staff. Very service oriented. Excellent restaurant. Not expensive but great thais food and western food as well.
