Stayed in The Imperial Med with my Wife as part of our Honeymoon and the stay was Exceptional! From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the very friendly staff who I must say went above and beyond for us during our stay there. The Hotel is spotless and we had breakfast every morning which was a fabulous selection of food. The only negative comment I have about this hotel is the walk to Kamari at night, I would not advise this as the road is very dark as there is no lights but transport can be arranged with the hotel for a small fee of €10. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future and would highly recommend it

Me, my partner and our 3 year old have just returned from the Imperial Med and we will without doubt be returning. The hotel is immaculately clean thanks to a cleaning team which seem to work around the clock. The rooms are spacious - we had the most basic room and it easily catered to our needs, with a very nice balcony as well. The pool area is lovely and spacious with a nice view inland. There is also a pathway down to a fairly private section of the beach, although we didn't go down there much. Food was to a very high standard, but a little bit on the expensive side (to be expected in a hotel of this quality on Santorini). But the most amazing thing about the hotel are the staff - they certainly live up to the Greek reputation for friendliness. Nothing was too much for them and they have all left a lasting impression on our 3 year old! The only real downside to the hotel is the location - it's a good 30 minute walk to Kamari Town and there isn't a path along the busy road. It is also next to the edge of the runway, so plane noise could be an issue for some people. On balance though, these issues are very minor when compared with how good the hotel itself is. We look forward to returning!

This hotel is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The rooms are beautiful and so incredibly clean! The pool and surrounding areas are equally as beautiful and more than enough space around the pool. The staff are what make the place extra special - every single member of staff who we spoke to couldn’t do enough to help us and made such a special fuss of our little one. Not much to do for young children but we knew that before booking. Would highly recommend hiring a car due to the location being away from shops and restaurants but i would choose this location every time over being in the busier areas! Cannot wait to come back again soon!

The staff are excellent throughout the hotel, knowledgeable, courteous and available to all guests. The rooms are large with bedroom and lounge areas making it feel spacious with bi-fold doors to a balcony area. The food on offer during the day and evening was excellent with a good choice for everyone and reasonably priced. The hotel run a shuttle service (and tours) into the main towns on the island for a small charge. This is needed to get to Kamari town as it can be a 30 minute walk. The only downside for some guest were the frequent aircraft noise from the airport, that is across the road?

This is nothing more than a 3 star hotel/resort. We stayed here in July 2022 and whilst the grounds and rooms are clean there is a stench that lingers around (sewage smell) around the grounds and sometimes making its way into your room. The hotel is literally a 5-10 minutes drive from the airport and very much besides the runway. You can hear every plane land and take off! This went quiter around 11pm/midnight. I wish I knew this before I booked. It was disturbing at times! We usually spent half a day at the hotel and then the afternoon out exploring the island and back in the evenings for dinner. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is different each day but limited. Lunch times they offer an ‘order of the menu’ option but at a higher price if you were to go out to a restaurant. We used to try and spend after breakfast to lunch time by the pool on the sunbeds. For the amount of guests there were, there was not enough sun beds. Guests had often reserved the limited amount of sunbeds for €12 per sunbed. Twice we ended up lying on the fire pit sofa’s because there was no room to sunbathe. On a couple of occasions it was annoying because sunbeds would be reserved but the people wouldn’t turn up or turned up late. The pool staff kept the reserve signs on despite them showing or not. This was really frustrating and harder for people with families and children. There’s one pool and a beach (black sand beach). There’s no gym facilities which was surprising for a 4 star hotel. The staff were generally friendly and did their best to help or address any needs. They always booked our taxi’s for us when we needed to go somewhere.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, reception staff and pool bar staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Cocktails are delish 🍹 Absolutely perfect for a relaxing break away. Pool towels available from reception. We were fortunate enough to have our room upgraded for free and it is fabulous.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, so clean and tidy. It was quiet whilst we were there which we really enjoyed. This hotel is ideal for families or couples who aren’t into partying. I can’t rate the cleaners enough, absolutely excellent however we did have one issue, our room had been cleaned and then left unlocked all day. We came back to our room to see it had been left unlocked all day, when I took it to the receptionists attention she was extremely apologetic which I appreciated. Our safe didn’t work and kept beeping the entire time we stayed. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so I recommend ensuring you have a trustworthy source of transport. The bus stop is a five minute walk but they do not run regularly and they are never on time. We hired a quad bike from a company that the hotel recommended and when we handed the keys back (7 hours early) the next day the company in partnership with the hotel yelled at us and called us liars, asking for money. The assistant manager of the hotel was furious with their behaviour and was so embarrassed she made sure they didn’t take any money. The food at the hotel is really good however the selection is very small. More variety in the buffet would work well. If you book half board please be aware that a drink with your dinner is not included. You are expected to have your dinner free but pay for a single drink to go with that meal. I didn’t mind paying but I did expect at least one drink with our evening meal included, unfortunately not. Just the food. Although at breakfast you are entitled to unlimited drinks with your breakfast buffet. All in all, it was a lovely stay and served it’s purpose for us. Having said that, after the issue with the door being left unlocked all day with all of our valuables left at risk because the safe didn’t work and then the issue with the rental company that the hotel is in partnership with and recommended, the little choice at buffet and the location we will not return.

Very good hotel, within 5/10 minutes from the airport (bare this in mind as you can hear the runway which didn't bother us, but could for some) The staff were more than accommodating, always making sure we were happy and had what we needed. We booked a Junior Suite, but seems we were placed into a standard double room. When we approached reception about the room they seemed to think it was a Junior Suite but from what we compared to the pictures on their website it definitely wasn’t. But the standard double was absolutely fine and fresh sheets and towels were given everyday. The rooms could include tea and coffee facilities which would be nice. The walk to the main town (Kamari) is about a 30 minute walk which we didn’t mind doing everyday but taxis are between €10/20 per way.

I really loved this hotel, the rooms were spacious and a private terrace. Very clean. It was close to the airport but this had minimal interference . Staff very helpful and welcoming. Close to Kamira where less busy but still enticing. But be aware of booking with Kamari Tours!

We have just spent 7 night staying at the imperial Ned and wow what a week. We stayed in a double room…spotless is the only way to describe it, it had everything we needed. The facilities were fabulous and even though parts of the spa were not in use we didn’t even notice. The pool and sunbed area was spotless, the staff were nothing short of AMAZING . Vas and his team made sure that we had the best week, the staff who worked in the restaurant and behind the bar could not do enough for us, they were happy, helpful, chatty and just superb. Maria and her team behind the bar made sure that drinks were always flowing. Food was great Atmosphere was amazing Location for us was perfect and we loved watching the planes taking off and landing. We genuinely cannot wait to visit again soon…thank you for making our stay so special you are all such beautiful humans who work so hard ❤️
