Garbage everywhere, food disgusting, not professional staff who cannot speak english. We changed 3 times bungalow because of not working Aircon: in 3 rooms NOT working. breakfast awful and full of ants/insects. Could not relax at any time because of day tourists. The beach is not worth to relax on it. Sea is not worth to snorkel. Worst holiday ever!!

We have just spent two days here. On the plus side we were mistakenly upgraded to the best of the rooms, right on the beach front and only paid 2000 baht a night for a room they charge almost 5000 for. If we had paid 5000 I would have been furious for this is a poorly managed, badly maintained and...

What a disappointment, this is not even close to a 4 star resort, staff very unprofessional and not helpful or friendly at all. We never had any towels available for use on first day, as there were none available, aircon kept tripping every 15 mins, room not the cleanest and food below average. Every day hundreds of Chinese tourists gets...

Restaurant service is very poor. Hotel service is very poor. Hotel was overbooked even though we had a reservation. Rooms weren't nice at all. Swimming pool looked very dirty. Too many mosquitoes. Beach is nice.

The natural beauty is the best here, peaceful and romantic. You can touch the real nature here. A bit busy day time with day trip tourists but when the evening scene comes you can enjoy the peaceful, romantic and happiness. I come here so often but never get bored and always enjoy with this place.

great spot, power was off in the morning, forces you to the beach, power back on in the early arvo in time for a shower and a cold beer. plenty to do in the shallows with sea urchins and coral. The kids loved it. During the day the other side of the island crawls with day trippers, but it's worth...

We stayed at this hotel for one night in March. The room was brilliant it was clean, smelt amazing, good size and only one row away from the beach. The pool was awesome as well. The only downside was that the power went out for a good 2 hours - a common occurrence judging by the comments. The restaurant was...

First to arrive, the staff igorned us. Not sure why, only difference I can tell is we were Asian and the rest of the patrons white. Took forever to get acknowledged for any service. When waiter did come around he seemed like not bothered to take our order and just yelled for our item numbers on menu

Stay didn't start well booked a beach deluxe twin room online and on arrival found that such a room did not exist. Was offered a mattress on the floor or a downgrade to a twin superior room. It then took three days to get some sort of refund for the over payment. Some of the hotel staff are great. Bar...

The resort is a bit run down but the rooms where spotless and with working air-conditioning! We had a familyroom with two bedrooms. There is only one restaurant and it was good a bit over normal thai prices but still ok. During the day its alot of people on daytrips to the Island but they are on the other part...
