The Laguna Holiday Resort and surrounding area is like a dream come true. The Laguna park located across the street from the resort is excellent . The shrubbery in the park is trimmed in the shape of various types of animals and is very well kept. The golf course located behind the resort is excellent. It is an excellent golf course which my be played at a reasonable fee. The shopping complex located with walking distance from the resort has Thursday Fair activities which include live entertainment and numerous food and souvenir vendors. The Beach is excellent and various types of water rides and massages are offered by vendors at the beach. The resort shuttle makes frequent trips to and from the beach during the day.

Se and Orachon were incredible. Thanks for welcoming us every morning and making the visit so memorable!
Great for families and friends on a group visit. Our suite was massive and I’m from the USA. We could wash dishes, boil water, and had a living room.
If you want to party in Patong at night you can easily call Grab or a Taxicab to take you to party. Also, one of the ethical elephant sanctuaries is nearby, so make sure to BOOK IN ADVANCE.
Also, people can use the Xana Beach Club, two gyms, and visit the huge Angsana Laguna resort via shuttle and buggie/golf cart. Have a great time ! Pool is small, so you should just go to the Angsana Laguna or beach, unless you have kids.
Just note, there are mosquitos so bring non-spray and ethical bug repellent, I used bracelets or nopixgo.

Couldn't have more pleased with our decision to stay at Homm Suites Laguna in Phuket. We were greeted and checked in by Nuy who made us feel so welcome. She is such a sweetie, so helpful and brightened our stay everyday! This location has the bonus of being able to use the free shuttle that takes you to other resorts in the area which came in handy as we had family staying at one of the resorts right on the beach that cost a LOT more! Our suite was large, the bed was very comfortable, great water pressure in the shower and the AC was ice cold! We had breakfast at the resort each morning which offered a great selection of delicious food. The staff is very helpful. Especially Jeff who helped us multiple times. We needed a late check out since our flight home wasn't until 10:30pm. For a very reasonable additional charge we were able to enjoy a full day at the beach, come "Homm" and shower and pack and then catch a taxi to the airport.

We booked with RCI for a 2-bedroom unit at Laguna Holiday Club but were offered a 2-bedroom unit at Angsana Laugana. The unit comprises 5 levels - Living room with patio, pantry with toilet, main ensuite bedroom, 2nd ensuite bedroom, rooftop seating area. The unit is so comfortable and clean. 6 bottles of water including ground coffee and variety of tea were offered each day. The pantry equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and glasses for drinks. The resort pool is long like cannel, so you won't be too far to access. The resort is beachfront, but it's quite a long walk to reach. The beach is big and long. Beautiful sunset isn't to be missed.

Terrible terrible service. We drove a car to the hotel and no one came to tell us where to park and nobody came to pick up our luggage. No signs and not even one people came to greet us. We came at 4:30 pm and they told us that we still have to wait for another 30 minutes to have a clean room, which is not acceptable since the hotel seemed pretty vacant.

Service was very friendly and attentive, especially considering it was for ALQ (Alternative Local Quarantine). The staff met our needs and made us feel welcome and as comfortable as possible. Food was delicious, the menu was big and diverse and the little kind gestures followed up with treats in between made our stay feel special. Staff made a special effort to make accommodations for diet needs. The resort surroundings were beautiful and peaceful.

The temperature is set up at 10 degree for no steam on floor, it is too cold to stay in the room. It will be wet and dirty with shoes and be damp to furniture and breathing at 15 degree up. Kindly check airconditioners and rooms for balance

The LHC Phuket Resort is integrated in a vast set of other developments and a golf course, all forming a large gated community interconnected by an efficient private transport service for transporting guests, including transport to the resort's commercial area and the beach. The whole set is super nice and calm, away from the hustle and bustle of the island. A beautiful beach support, practically exclusive for guests of all developments. The apartment was spacious and well equipped but unfortunately it was close to the resort's technical centre and the noise produced there is annoying, especially at night. The friendliness of the staff is common to all activities. It is part of the Thai way of being.

This is my first solo trip and although i was worried, the staff here were extremely attentive polite and very accommodating. I love that they check in with you daily to make sure everything is okay. I absolutely loved my quarantine time here, the meals were great and I'm vegetarian, they have a large selection. I'm not sure why one traveller said there's no restaurants walking distance. Just outside the gates there are numerous restaurants that were very good. Yes it's a walk- but a lot of people do it.
There are more places to choose from in the Choeng Thale area.
