The building is built into a hillside and all the 1-bedroom apartments are at the back, very close to either the hill or the retaining wall. Unfortunately ours (room 206) was on the lowest floor and felt like a prison as it was very enclosed and overlooking air conditioning units. Fortunately they had a 2 bedroom apartment available (coronavirus cancellation?) and we paid extra and moved. This had great views and was light & airy (thanks) although only serviced once in the middle of our stay. The restaurant just beneath the apartment block (Audy’s) offered super Thai food at reasonable prices with good service and atmosphere.
We picked these apartments because we have been away for a few weeks and wanted the flexibility that an apartment gives you over a hotel. We were two couples and picked a three bedroom apartment so that we had at least two bathrooms, we got an apartment on the top floor which had a lovey big balcony and an upstairs roof terrace that was huge, with great views and table and chairs, etc, we had breakfast up there every morning, it was great. There's a really nice swimming pool too. There was the odd thing that was a bit tired, like the handle on one of the bi-fold doors was missing a screw so was hanging off, but generally this property is of an excellent standard.
Beautiful room huge balcony very clean, staff are very friendly. we had an amazing time in the hotel, simply said this is my favourite place to come back to when I return to Phuket. About 8 min walk to the beautiful surin beach. I recommend this place to any family visiting Phuket.
It’s a beautiful spacious apartment with a great view. Beds are really comfortable and it’s very well equipped . There is a great restaurant underneath that’s cheap and very good food. 10 minute easy walk to a lovely beach, the current in the sea is strong with big waves, so not for swimming, more for getting wet. Body boards are great fun. But again not for little kids. Can’t fault the accommodation , the pool is so lovely and the shop is 5 minutes away . Get booking
My family of 7 stayed at the Park Surin in mid-May 2019 for 5 nights. We arrived after 1 am, and the security guard was waiting on us with keys in hand. We had two rooms on the 5th floor. Three of the four 5th floor rooms have private stairs to rooftop terraces (one of the corner rooms (not ours) had a hot tub). Our corner room was very large and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and one half bath. Dish soap/sponge are provided, as are bottled water and soap/shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The guest room has a separate entrance door. Our other room, although not corner, was much smaller but still very roomy for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. Beds are firm but comfortable. The building is a very close 5-minute walk to Surin Beach (take a right out of the driveway, up the hill), including other hotels, restaurants, a 7-11, massage and shopping. Immediately at the base of the hotel is Audy Restaurant and across the street, a massage parlor. Get a massage there! The owner is so friendly (the 60-minute Thai massage was 300 baht - $9.50 USD). In the opposite direction of Surin Beach is Bangtao Beach. While not as close (~20 minutes), it is walkable. We only visited this area once because it was much easier to get to Surin Beach. The staff at the Park Surin were very helpful and accommodating. After the late arrival, we were told to check in anytime after 10 am (show passports and departure cards for all guests). They arranged laundry pickup/delivery, arranged the room to be serviced/towels changed mid-way through our stay, immediately addressed a housekeeping issue, and even drove some of us to a restaurant in a personal vehicle. The pool was very clean and refreshing. There is a shallow area for younger kids. There was not a crowd at any time we visited the pool. Pool towels are provided in rooms. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Park Surin to family and friends visiting the area.…
