We stayed in Verde hotel for a week. Find hotel nice and clean with good food. Waiting staff helpful and friendly. Problem of the hotel is not enough staff. Place with huge potential. Standard rooms well fitted but A/C now is standard everywhere across the Europ.

It was very nice experience I had in Verde hotel in Cape town which the restaurant manager of Nouvo restaurant and bar his name alphonzo turned my complaint to complement,he is very energetic person and very friendly and always smiling and he was making sure all the guests in the restaurant happy and they got what they want. He was coming to each table and check on each guest with very polite way and professional manner.i had small issue with my main course which can happened any where,but the way he solved it out was amazing where I couldn't complaint and he turned my complaint to complement,it was very surprised for me. I really would like to thank him for his good job and every body in the restaurant were happy with him while he was talking to them. I really would like to wish him all the best and thank him for his nice amazing hospitality.…

If there was an option for zero stars then that would appreciate. Poor rooms and non existent customer service. The room I was given was incredibly outdated, dirty and had a weird smell in the bathroom. The toilet didn’t flush and was told that no one would be able to come out until the next day. Spoke with a manager after I complained about the room and the facility to which I received a reply saying well it’s not a big deal, we won’t offer you your money back but we can offer another room at a charge. If it wasn’t -3 degrees outside I would have slept in my car. Will certainly not be staying here again and I would advise anybody else to think twice before booking!

Old hotel located by the main road. Nice rooms but outdated. The mini fridge in the room was not working, I got told they treat it as a shelf for the mini bar and they are in the process of replacing them. Nice breakfast.

Nice, not to modern hotel. Quiet rooms, coffee making facitlities. Windows can open, safe, large bathroom but no showen curtains. Brakfeast is okay en staff is friendly, English sometimes difficult but not a probleem.

I recently stayed at Verde hotel and found it to be a very quiet clean hotel and I would recommend it It is good value and the breakfast we had was fresh. There is a car museum next door that is worth a visit

The luxuryroom was warn down. Old carpets etc. Breakfast buffet was poor quality. Service at the restaurant was slow and the male waiter was rude. We won't come back Bad madrasses. Though, chess table i the lobby was fun. No lifts there. No air condition.

Celebrating with friends for Wedding Party, I was in high spirits, and expecting something good - this is not what I got! Lovely facilities, pleasant looking room - abysmal service (and cleanliness)! On arriving after a long trip, the last thing I expected was to find human excrement on my bedroom chair and pillow case. I reported this to the hotel manager (handing in offending items), and was advised that I'd receive a free drink next time I came!!!! Canteen staff were also rude. Fantastic wedding event and celebration, but the service from Hotel Verde...!

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The restaurant is excellent and the food is delicious. The bar staff are freiendly too. The hotel has its own pool for guest use,mthoigh it probably does need a little refurbishment in the pool. On the whole, this is a nice little hotel and would recommend it to anyone.
