Booked in February for 1 night stay in June as it was close to airport. When we arrived the pool was green and cloudy indicating that due to low season they had stopped cleaning the pool properly, which was a shame as it was a 40 degree day and would have loved a dip! Also realised they had disconnected the satellite tv and were only local channels available. Room wasn't spotlessly clean but bed super comfy and air con was a blessing. Skeleton staff with not great English. Breakfast included was great, plenty of food. The free bicycles are a great idea so you can pop up the road to the 7 Eleven. Tuk Tuks constantly along the beach front can take you to the main road where there are more restaurants.

Really lovely little hotel, sea (and pool) facing room was large and spacious. Great idea was the (free) bicycles for guests to take and ride out to Splash Resort and the beach). Unfortunately the beaches at and nearby this resort are NOT safe for swimming so we could not venture into the ocean at all. Was really cool to cycle to the end of the promenade area and watch the planes (from Phuket airport), literally appear to be flying in touching distance of your head! The restaurant on site was extremely expensive but without transport, there was no other dinner option.

The staff was amazing from the time we checked in to the time we checked out and hung around for lunch at the cafe. They have an extensive bar with specialty cocktails and happy hour. Food was really good. It’s right on the beach which is awesome to stroll down for a dip and watch the airplanes coming in for landing at Phuket international right over the water. Used the free bikes to ride around this small town to meet some locals, get some local fruit and massage. Thanks Coriacea for the great experience!

Firstly let me tell you that the Manager working on 23rd March was outstanding at fixing an initial problem on check in. A surprise birthday cake brought to the room after a late arrival was so perfect. Unfortunately, I never got to see her again to say thank you. I try to write unbiased reviews so other travellers get to make their own minds up on whether the place is suitable for their needs. Excellent: - Rooms are spacious, quiet and a great balcony looking over the pool and sea if you upgrade. There is no airport noise despite being so close. - Fun location if you’re into planes. The runway is 5 mins walk and 20 seconds to the beach - Relaxing infinity pool overlooking the ocean - The Hotel doesn’t have capacity for many guests so it feels like a retreat - Great breakfast with continental and hot selection of western and Thai favourites. Average: - Location. There are no stores, bars or restaurants near by. But, it’s a retreat so you either have one or the other I guess. Get a “Grab” as no local taxi drivers can find it. - Food. Had a great lunch and breakfast. Dinner of pad Thai was bland and lacking flavour despite me asking for extra chilli. Disappointing for an authentic dish. - Bar shuts at 10pm so it’s not one for people who like a few cocktails. Also, the cocktails are very weakly made despite the fruit or “virgin” element being very tasty. Stick with beer or a spirit and mixer. Wine is very expensive. Poor: - Restaurant/bar service. A real shame as most of other elements could be forgiven. Every guest in a Boutique Hotel should feel part of the family. Service was dismissive and rude. On two different meal times had to ask for a menu, had to go up and pay the bill, they are too busy joking around with each other and playing on phones. It feels like a lot of students that can’t be bothered running the place. Not Thai service in any way. This element of the stay needs addressing by management as it really lets the rest of the hotel down. - For a two person stay we aren’t allowed two room keys. Despite asking for two keys each time one of us wanted to go to the room we had to ask at reception to get someone to let us in. Can’t be security as no ID was asked for. - Swim up bar in the infinity pool is derelict and does let the pool down. Either have it used with a staff member or get rid of it. A shack full of cables and dirty space isn’t worth it.

We stayed here for our last 2 nights on Phuket and were very pleased with this resort. Check-in was quick with very friendly service. They brought us a welcome drink and explained that the bikes and umbrellas were complimentary. Our room was very clean and modern, with a nice balcony overlooking the pool and the beach beyond. After unpacking, we immediately went to the beach to take a quick dip in the ocean and then the pool. It felt marvelous because the day was very hot and humid. Later my daughter took out one of the bikes to explore the area, and that evening we walked the 20 minutes into the little town to have dinner at Red Mango. The next day we had both breakfast and dinner at Coriacea. Once again the service was very friendly with smiles from the server, and the food was good. The banana and pineapple pancakes were a true delight. It was also nice to sit at a table overlooking the pool and ocean. Each evening we took advantage of their buy one get one free cocktail during Happy Hour. The cocktails were well-made, and the service great. We would definitely stay here again. The only downside is it is far away from many of the tourist attractions on Phuket, but we didn’t mind this. It is quite close to the airport, but still takes about 15 minutes to drive there via taxi, which is 600 baht.
