Hotel La Meteorite is basic, but has everything you need at an excellent price. The rooms are clean and of a decent size and the breakfast was ample and delicious. The restaurant serves a decent dinner (not outstanding, but reasonable), including on Mondays, when many other local restaurants are closed. The location is convenient to all of the major sights...

We needed a place for just one night, this was the perfect stop. The room was very basic, but, very clean. Had what we needed, a comfortable bed, clean bathroom. I called ahead to book a table for dinner, it was very nice. Great French beer. The gentleman who owned the places was great. He was the bartender, the waiter,...

Run by Daniel the hotel is friendly and welcoming. Tasty 'meteorite' beer goes down well for an evening on the terrace. We enjoyed the food, confit duck, steak, lovely creme brûlée and good house red. Our room was comfortable but the hotel being on a main junction means you will get noise from the traffic through the day, happily this...

Enjoyed a lovely three course meal at a reasonable price. Tried an entree that I would not have previously considered: salade Limousin. Service was good and very friendly - they understood our far from perfect French! Would recommend a visit.

We haven't stayed here but had dinner there on one of our last trips to France. We enjoyed a lovely meal with excellent service from the waitress. We went into the bar after our meal and were made to feel very welcome by both the owner and the other clientele in the bar. I would definitely recommend going here for...

Stayed at this quirky little hotel and had a great night. Just before Christmas travelling back to Spain. Really warm welcome from the owner and he cooked us a delicious meal. We stayed in a double room with a sloping and creaky old floor, but that just added to the quirkiness. The room overlooked the square in this beautiful village....

Located right off the main square, plenty of free parking within easy luggage-carrying range. Family room for 3 was huge. Bathroom was roomy too. One of those tubs with a shower sprayer, so be careful not to water down the whole bathroom. Water was nice and hot quickly. Some folks might be turned off by the orange carpet and décor,...

We stayed for one night in September and thought this was good value. The hotel is in a very old building and as such the floor in your room is likely to be a creaky and with the odd slope. Rooms are basic but we had a great nights sleep. Owner is very helpful and friendly and is an excellent...
