I was overall impressed by the hotel and the hospitality. We stayed in Executive room that was beautifully done and spacious for a family of 4. Courteous staff and service was also good. Bfast spread was good with both South Indian and North Indian items. Even the Lunch and Dinner that we ordered were quite delectable. This place is located very near to the bekal fort, about 5-7 mins drive. Lot of inhouse facilities are provided however few are yet to start like the coffee shop and the book lounge.

We stayed at Bekal Palace for 10 days in Nov 15. We stayed in an Executive Rom and got good discount. Reception staff like Bishnu and Shabnam were ever smiling and helpful. Problem in staying at Hotels in such places where occupancy is seasonal is generally room service or restaurant facilities suffer. They have to improve the room service facility and provide more variety.
Actually we were here for some medical treatment at Kasargod and as no decent facility is available at Kasargod, we had to chose Bekal. I think if the Hotel is willing to provide cheap in house taxi service, they will benefit with more people opting to stay here.

Went there last weekend, Very good rooms, very neat and clean with all amenities . and very good food specially the authentic kerela food. Every ready to help staff, but they need to get some training or some more information. But truly a great finding for the amount that you pay in bekal.

Supplied used dental kit and shaving kit so we can imagine the quantity of hotel even after the complaint no response from the reception very very bad. No value for money in staying. Very sorry to give this type of bad review

Very first time i visited their bar and i think there is no House keeping department to clean the toilet and all worst... 🥵🥸blaaaa but the service from mr. Santhosh was excellent. 👌🏻 experienced their bar first time but i will not repeat their bar ever

It’s really nice place to stay and close to kotikulam railway  Station. Breakfast is very nice with the mix of Continental & South Indian dishes. Staff is highly polite and Friendly no doubt One of the Best Budget hotels to stay in bekal

I had dinner with my family at bekal palace. The restaurant is very clean, good ambiance, excellent customer service & the rates are reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.The staff were very pleasing. Food was served quickly & was very delicious. Well done bekal palace !!

I checked in on the 1st of Nov, 2014 and checked out a day after. Everything went according to plan and the staff was kind enough to offer me a late checkout as well.
It's located in a very quiet environment and there's adequate space for car parking as well. There's not much outside the hotel though and getting in could be a little tricky as the main entrance requires a minor detour off the highway.
The popular Bekal Fort is a few minutes away from the hotel and you will encounter a few beaches on your way there.
The food here is excellent too. Overall, the experience was thoroughly enjoyable and we certainly hope to pay Bekal Palace a visit again. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway.

We stayed in this hotel for 19 hours, booking was made by Ajay modi tours & travels, ahmedabad, Gujarat. It was the worst part of our entire trip as this hotel is not at all recomonded for family. Food & canteen facilities are worst with poor room sizes for couple occupancy. We regret that Ajay modi tours & travels has ruin our last phase of trip by selecting such poor hotel for us.
