We will visit again. The cycling provision was amazing and hotel had everything one would need but we would make sure we have much more anti mosquito spray, the large number of nasty bites did stop this from being an exceptional holiday.

Our group of 6 (3 adults, 3 kids - 12, 11, 4) had a brilliant week at Viva Blue. The Halloween theme was a real treat, with the entire hotel done out as the Hotel Tranvivania, and all the staff dressed up. Couldn’t fault a thing - kids club was a giant hit with the littlest kid, the evening entertainment was fun (and we won the music quiz), and the food was excellent and not at all repetitive. The mosquitoes are a pain, but it’s that time of year, so if there was one recommendation it would be some citronella candles or something similar in the evenings. We did the free bus trip around alcúdia which was a nice touch, and popped to the local market on the Tuesday, and had a wander down to the beautiful beach. Beyond that we stayed at the hotel the entire time. Shout out to all the staff - especially the animations team (Carlos, Emilie, Virginia, Isaac), and all the guys in the bar (Juan, Parce, et al). Everyone was super friendly, and made a real effort with the kids. We’ll be back!

Is was my third visit in this hotel. This time in autumn and I can honestly say the level of service, atmosphere and warmth of people have not changed.Delicious food and comfortable rooms make everyone feel very special there. Everything at a very high level, starting from reception through service in the restaurant, bar, room service and animators. For dessert, beautiful beach and weather! Thank you all for a beautiful stay, you are wonderful and remember that you are the people who build this wonderful family atmosphere. See you next year, I hope!

Arrived in the middle of a full Island electric storm and got a Zip Transfer to the hotel. We booked the VIVA Sunrise originally but for the second year running we were asked to relocate to the VIVA Blue. The good points remain great, the staff, the facilities are and remain top notch (as good as you can get for the price charged) The entertainment staff led by Carlos, again - fantastic, our two have finally outgrown the mini disco which is both a good thing and in another respect we felt a pang of sadness knowing that for the previous 6 years Buffo has been a mainstay for our kids entertainment. The weather made this late October stay really nice, but a few things left us less than relaxed. The hotel, is a resort for families and keen athletes at this time of year it plays host to many less able and wheelchair athletes and I have to say some are rather ignorant which is only matched by some of the young kids (and their parents) being rather loud between the hours of 11pm and 7am. We ended up in the same room we were in in 2015, an end of block room overlooking the adults only pool room 3217 - perfect, except that next door was a teething child... At around 10.45pm the young family would come back into the room and the furniture scrapping would begin, by 11pm the conversation volume meant we could hear most things being discussed - ear plugs in, until the 16 month old would open its lungs at 4.30am for a good 3 or so hours... I am guessing the holiday makers in the other 5 surrounding rooms weren't best pleased either employing tactics like sending there kids out on the balcony to be as loud as they wanted to be in retaliation. It just failed to be the relaxing holiday we have had with the VIVA chain since 2013. The mosquitoes were also out in major force and took advantage of us being in our shorts and short sleeves despite bathing ourselves in repellent before leaving the room. 2 years running is as far as we go with the Blue I think, would we go back - yes, but time to move onto pastures new and see some different places. Maybe just maybe we could be tempted back but perhaps not in October even though the hotel is still thriving.

Dear guest, Thank you very much for your opinion. We are sorry because we give huge importance to full satisfaction of our guests and we have not achieved this time our target. Regarding your comments we are sorry that you didn't stay at the hotel that you booked (VIVA Sunrise). About the noise from other guests we are very sorry, but unfortunately we can't control this, if you would have informed us we can call the other guests and ask them do less noise. About the rest of the stay, we hope you had a nice stay with us and you could enjoy the facilities, service, food, and more. Always at your service. Best regards, Your Hotel VIVA Blue & Spa Team.
