What a lovely hotel! This hotel totally exceeded my expectations. We initially were booked for a side sea view family suite and upon entering I was not completely satisfied with the Location and the view. One simple phone call to the front desk and we were upgraded to a front sea view suite for a very minimal cost. The front sea view suite blew my mind! We were literally 20 steps from the beach and had a spectacular sea view. The rooms were pristine, comfortable and spacious. I am a very picky eater and I must admit the food is amazing. They really go all out on the buffet dinner and breakfast. Shout out to the hard-working staff. The hot trays are always filled with fresh food and tables are always cleaned. They really make an effort to rotate different cuisine so you don’t get bored. I really appreciate that! Lastly, the nightly entertainment is spectacular. My kid loved it so much. Each night she look forward to the new performance. The performers are professional, and very entertaining. This place deserves five stars! We had a splendid time!

It’s the 3rd time we have stayed here and the 10 nights didn’t disappoint. :-)
Rather than go over the facilities and wonderful friendly staff, which are covered in the over review it seems more important to cover Covid-19 and the way they support people with Coeliac diseases who can’t eat gluten.
1. Covid. a. I felt safer at the hotel than back in the UK. All staff and 99% of guests were wearing masks at all times inside the hotel except when sitting at a table. The controls they had put in place around the buffet with 2 separate sittings for breakfast and dinner, hand sanitiser everywhere and buffet utensils being replaced every 15 minutes made us feel very safe b. Covid tests that you need to get back to the UK can be booked via a QR code in reception and are done by some really nice people who actually come to the hotel each day. €30 each. c. they are deliberatly at 70% capacity which also helped 2. Coeliac a. They couldn’t have been more helpful to one of our party who has celiac disease. They understood what it was and that the food has to be prepared separately etc. We were walked around the buffet each day by the head chefs who told us what they could eat and what they couldn’t. b. They cooked pizza for her every day which took about 15 minutes but basically she has her own chef. They made pancakes and brought gluten free cereal every day and made fresh bread, cakes, cheesecake and brownies for desert. c. I can’t thank Sergio, Alex and Jennifer enough for making it so easy for us. They were amazing. d. The 2 managers (Sara and another lady who I forgot the name of) were amazing making sure we had all we needed and we were being looked after
If you are Ceoliac and want to be looked after, I couldn’t recommend them enough. My only criticism was that they should advertise this more because we worried a lot before going and if we’d have known 😊

Stayed at the hotel for four nights 17 to 21 May 2022 with partner. First time staying in an Iberostar hotel and were quite impressed. This is a spacious and Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Welcome at checkin was nice but didn’t seem to get the welcome drink other guests were getting. Our room was at the front so no impressive views but despite being road side it was not noisy when the window was closed. The room was very clean but very small, struggled with storage in the room. Beds very comfy and shower to die for. Food is excellent absolutely excellent, very clean and spacious dining areas. Bar staff were attentive in the main and good branded alcohol is used too. Location on beach was great but as it is a public beach you do need to pay for the sun beds and sun shade. The beach is very clean so worth the charge. Pool was ok, lots of sun beds and love that the hotel does not allow for reserving sun beds so there were plenty to go round.
Hotel and resort seems popular with cyclists and families with very small young children. Entertainment at night was ok and there are some lovely walks outside of the hotel for an evening stroll.
We had a relaxing 4 night break at this hotel and would definitely recommend if you are looking for relaxation and great food.

My wife, 2 year old son and I just returned from a 9 night stay here from the 18th September. This hotel is perfect for families and young children. From the minute we arrived to when we left we were treated with the best service.
We went all inclusive, which I highly recommend.
The food was outstanding with buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. The pastries and breakfast are to die for. For lunch you are seated with stunning views of the sea and Alcudia bay and there is a large selection of salads pizzas pastas and a very inviting barbecue with different meat every day. If you fancy something different there is a snack truck by the children’s pool that serves hotdogs burgers and chips. In the evening there Is a different theme every night but the whole offering is very very good. Freshly cooked meats and fish, salads, stews, pasta, pizza, and all very good high quality. The table service is constant and very professional. One of my favourite touches is the lovely ladies who go around cleaning under tables after the toddlers have made a mess. The drinks offering is great with anything you can think of available.
My only negative feedback would be about the room size. We stayed in 2308 which was a pool view with stunning views of Alcudia and the sea. The rooms are rather quite small and there is very little storage for your clothes, so we had to live out of our cases pretty much for the whole holiday. The lady cleaning the room, I think her name was Yolanda, did an excellent job.
The pool area is beautiful with a large pool for the adults and a nice shallow area for the kids. There is a children a pool on the other side of the hotel with an inflatable dome and a wet area with fountains and sprinklers. My son spent hours in there! There were always sun beds available. If I was to try and give an idea of the beach, I can only compare it to beaches in the Caribbean or the Maldives! Being a few steps from the hotel makes it just another feature that I love about this hotel. The sea was warmer than the pool and you can walk out for miles and it is still very shallow, making it very safe. The evening entertainment was very good and far better than most rubbish you get in other hotels. The shows were different every night and of high standard. My son’s holiday was made with the mini disco on every night and Starky and Stella! We still have to play the songs for him at home! It feels harsh to single out any names as all the staff were incredible, however I will name the waiteresses Laura, Jessica, Ikram and Carmen who were so consistent with their standards and made us feel like royalty. They deserve the highest recognition. Finally Antonio and Carlos are a credit to the company.
If you are considering Majorca please book to stay here! You will have the best holiday!

The hotel is located directly on a marvelous beach which is really kidsproof due to the shallow water. Concerning services, meals, rooms and animation, I can only say one word : excellent!!! Special thanks to Andreu, Rafa, Elvis and Toni in the restaurant. Our daughter has Coeliaki (glutenallergie) and the all of the staff did their very best to make something special for her thanks to the chef-cook Hassan and Alexander. Also thanks to the superb animationteam, we also had a great time (specially with Jenny of sports and Elvin ) Sarah, the PR manager did an excellent job!! Very very happy with our stay. We asked for rooms next to each other for our children and they had sorted this for us when we arrived. We were delayed and even though we arrived at 3am they offered us a meal. We booked basic rooms but they were big with a balcony overlooking a garden. Outside the rooms was a lovely palm oasis with a pool. Every day the room was cleaned and we had fresh towels and beds made any time we placed the sign on our handle. We had half board and the food was excellent with a wide range of food for breakfast and dinner with theme nights. The pool is lovely and you can get fresh towels each day. The beach is very near with a lovely grass area under pine trees to sit before you get to the beach. All the staff were lovely and work really hard. Maxime was always friendly and loved a chat. The beach and sea are lovely. The sea is very shallow and clear for some way out. Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel that delivers on every level. Fantastic food, staff, facilities, cleanliness and attention to detail is the best of any four star hotel I have ever stayed at (probably more than 40). The staff even are watching to brush away sand where you wash your feet coming off the beach. It is in the best location of the best beach in Mallorca and the interior, exterior and landscaping are stunning. Not cheap but fabulous!

Hotel is spotless and very comfortable. Beach is safe, clean and excellent for families or couples. My only negative were the restrictions on the buffets which required you to ask a member of staff for the items which were behind protective casing which was frustrating for then I imagine as well as ourselves. i understand the need for this but on several occasions we could serve ourselves with lots of hand sanitizer being used. All in all though a good value and excellent stay, we will return. Thanks Iberostar :)

We stayed 2 weeks in Oct. Very nice layout, easy to get anywhere, easy beach access and very lovely gardens. I particularly appreciated the people. They were always very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The evening entertainment was suprisingly good. Usually the standard in these type of hotels is low but this time we were very pleasently surprised. Covid safety rules were strictly observed with staff and most of the guests. The beach is great and the sea water was still quite warm. The pools are freezing in October and the outdoor ones are not heated but that's the standard in Mallorca. Food was very good even if a little too much German oriented. The one complain is the room layout with open plan bathrooms. It's extremely uncomfortable and poorly designed. I know it seems to be the norm in all high end hotels but it's not in the guests' best interest.

I’ve have never stayed with Iberostar and normally select 5 star, but this was a last minute trip and the reviews were good so I took the plunge. So, so happy with our choice as this hotel really does deliver on all levels.
This hotel is obviously very well managed and everything seems to run like a well oiled machine.
Location is perfect with instant beach access, where the sea is the most beautiful shades aquamarine and the sand is soft white. It’s mesmerising!
All staff operate with a purpose and without exception are hardworking, professional, proactive and genuinely seemed to care about customer satisfaction. Everyone says ‘hello’ as you pass them and with every enquiry we made, ownership was taken. Special thanks go to Georgina from Reception, who was so helpful in advance of our stay too.
Spending four days days on an all inclusive basis was superb - the food selection is outstanding with a huge array of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner and I would say are easily 5 star standard. The selection of mouthwatering salads, grilled fish and meat was always varied and tasted delicious.
The setting for the ‘Dunas’ beach bar and buffet lunch is wonderful with uninterrupted sea views, which made dining just extra special.
The hotel has a great mix of ages and nationalities too so feels very international with a really good vibe. I will also add that not once were we not able to get a sun-lounger…even arriving late morning! The hotel do a subtle, but effective job of managing this situation, which is never an easy task!
I will also add the hotel was spotless throughout, with constant cleaning in operation and excellent Covid measures in place.
I wouldn’t hesitate it recommending this hotel and would like to thank everyone who plays their part for such an incredible guest experience.
