Just great in every way. Friendliest and most helpful staff! During the off season prices are phenomenal. Very clean. Excellent food. During off season some things on the north shore are not available. You must drive, take the bus or taxi for some tours but still plenty of beach and hiking areas. And of course many bike stores are open.

We stayed her as a couple, all inclusive, mid September. Can not fault the cleanliness of the hotel, staff or choice of food! Carlos, (maybe bar manager) always smiling and great fun. Any choice of food and drinks available. Beautiful views of the beach from the Dumas beach bar, which we frequented alot!! :) No problem getting a sunbed.We will return! 😁

Unique holiday, they say that we , the customers are the star in iberostar but I think the true stars and they should be celebrared are the staff working tiredlessly and going above and beyond to spoil us every step of the holiday.Food was beautiful, location stunning, and the unique architecture leaves you speachless .Special mention to Oscar and alberto, they are a very funny couple , working together, always made my son laugh, evan though they dont speak english 😂🥰 very funny

We have just returned (family of 7) from this hotel and we had the most wonderful experience! 5 adults, a teenager and a 7 year old. The kids were kept entertained the entire time, mostly from the kids jumping pillow pool but also paddle boarding, peddalo and of course the fantastic kids club (the 7 year old absolutely loved the pony riding)! The entertainment was brilliant every evening and was enjoyed by the whole family! The food every day was very good but one suggestion to the hotel could be to provide a bit more vegan food (grandparents were vegan) and in its own section as not all food was labelled so was hard to know if it was vegan! Furthermore the hotel was always kept very clean. Big shout out to all the staff who were all amazingly helpful and super friendly, especially the kids entertainment team! We really enjoyed our stay here and felt the whole hotel was well managed with the staff being a real asset. Everyone we encountered did their jobs with a smile and were efficient. The whole resort is really well maintained and the beach is one of the best we have been to in Europe. The only two things that we feel could have been improved on are the night to night variety at the buffet, food is excellent but it doesn’t vary much from night to night so after 10 days we were ready for a change. Secondly the family rooms are just about big enough for a family of 4, would have been more comfortable in something slightly bigger. One thing that was really impressive was the hotels commitment to sustainability, something a lot of hotel brands could learn from. Thanks for a lovely stay and we will be recommending!…

Hotel very nice and clean with nice pools right by beach. Two small beach bars nearby, but not much else. Bus stop nearby, you must wear a face mask on the bus. Evening entertainment disappointing. I was on half board, but hotel is more geared up to all inclusive. I paid for a garden room view, but could only see the top of a shrub so not exactly a garden view, although better than the car park. No English TV available. Room smelt damp, due I think to shower tray overflowing previously as it didn't drain quickly and I think the water has got under the tiles/flooring. Air conditioning cannot be adjusted.

This hotel is amazing. The food is 5***** the staff cannot do enough for you, its literelly on the beach. The reason for the 4 star was only because of how small the toilet area is in the room. It is a shoe cube and to use it you have to leave the door open. Also bear in mind that kids also stay here so it can be loud at times.

My wife, 2 year old son and I just returned from a 9 night stay here from the 18th September. This hotel is perfect for families and young children. From the minute we arrived to when we left we were treated with the best service. We went all inclusive, which I highly recommend. The food was outstanding with buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. The pastries and breakfast are to die for. For lunch you are seated with stunning views of the sea and Alcudia bay and there is a large selection of salads pizzas pastas and a very inviting barbecue with different meat every day. If you fancy something different there is a snack truck by the children’s pool that serves hotdogs burgers and chips. In the evening there Is a different theme every night but the whole offering is very very good. Freshly cooked meats and fish, salads, stews, pasta, pizza, and all very good high quality. The table service is constant and very professional. One of my favourite touches is the lovely ladies who go around cleaning under tables after the toddlers have made a mess. The drinks offering is great with anything you can think of available. My only negative feedback would be about the room size. We stayed in 2308 which was a pool view with stunning views of Alcudia and the sea. The rooms are rather quite small and there is very little storage for your clothes, so we had to live out of our cases pretty much for the whole holiday. The lady cleaning the room, I think her name was Yolanda, did an excellent job. The pool area is beautiful with a large pool for the adults and a nice shallow area for the kids. There is a children a pool on the other side of the hotel with an inflatable dome and a wet area with fountains and sprinklers. My son spent hours in there! There were always sun beds available. If I was to try and give an idea of the beach, I can only compare it to beaches in the Caribbean or the Maldives! Being a few steps from the hotel makes it just another feature that I love about this hotel. The sea was warmer than the pool and you can walk out for miles and it is still very shallow, making it very safe. The evening entertainment was very good and far better than most rubbish you get in other hotels. The shows were different every night and of high standard. My son’s holiday was made with the mini disco on every night and Starky and Stella! We still have to play the songs for him at home! It feels harsh to single out any names as all the staff were incredible, however I will name the waiteresses Laura, Jessica, Ikram and Carmen who were so consistent with their standards and made us feel like royalty. They deserve the highest recognition. Finally Antonio and Carlos are a credit to the company. If you are considering Majorca please book to stay here! You will have the best holiday!…
