Just returned from a fantastic stay here, as many have mentioned the staff are exceptional, the facilities are all well maintained and immaculately clean and the food in particular is consistently fabulous.
The hotel is not so big as to be impersonal as is the case with some of the big chain places. The guests come from a wide variety of countries with none of the 'tribalism' that occasionally is evident when one or two nationalities dominate. It really doesn't feel like a package tour destination, just a really good hotel judged by any standards.
There were plenty of families with children of all ages but all were well behaved and no noisy or drunken behaviour.
The standard rooms are a good size and comfortable without being 'glitzy', some have suggested that they are a little dated and perhaps not truly '5 star' my suggestion would be to upgrade to a suite which does add the final bit of luxury but the impeccable, polished service is the same across all the hotel.
The spa is spacious, chic with high standards of cleanliness & offers a variety of thermal rooms including a very hot steam room and a freshly produced ice shower.
The gym has pretty much all you need and there are twice daily classes from yoga to HIIT held in the special yoga suite.
We completely loved this place and rarely left the hotel confines, which is not like us at all. But why venture out when everything you desire is provided for you.

We stayed here for a week and the hotel definitely lived up to the five star rating. Located only 40minutes away from the airport, we were greeted by friendly staff who took our luggage to our room whilst we had dinner. The restaurant staff were all genuinely friendly and seemed to be passionate about their job during long working hours, they made our stay really enjoyable and the service was great. The selection of food on offer was impressive, providing anything you could want at breakfast and dinner time. The hotel rooms are spacious with great showers and comfortable beds. They were cleaned each morning and beds turned down at night time which was a nice addition. The outside area of the hotel was lovely with a large pool and snack bar which had a path leading straight down to the sea. After dinner the hotel bar had on performers each night for around an hour which was entertaining. We had a lovely holiday and thank you to the staff. The only minor complaints I would have is that the bar service was quite slow and also children were allowed into the spa and were diving and splashing into the pool when there were signs saying not to do this, this made it quite hard to relax and lifeguard seemed to allow it.

From the staff, food, location, spa, room, facilities was absolutely spot on in every aspect.
The staff were incredible. The front of house and reception made me feel so comfort and that service continued onto the bar staff, restaurant staff and the spa staff. Nothing was too much trouble. I literally felt like a celebrity at times.
The food was amazing! Cooked before your eyes and endless choices. I loved every dish I tried. The beach view restaurant which was open during the day served the most delicious minestrone soup.
The spa was so relaxing - I loved the steam room ceiling.
The beach was beautiful at night time and there is kite surfing/windsurfing near by where you can book a lesson or simply watch.
I will most certainly be back. The whole experience was unforgettable. Thank you to everyone I met.

We stayed at Parc Natural for a week as a couple. As other reviews have said, this is a resort hotel that lives up the five star rating. The level of service is impeccable. Nothing is too much trouble and all the staff are unfailingly polite and cheerful. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms top notch. The food is superb. I recommend trying the daily a la carte option at dinner - fine dining quality. They are small portions, so fill up at the buffet while you wait for your ordered food to arrive. The only problem we had during our stay was with mosquitos - those tiger ones are insatiable! The hotel provide anti-mosquito plugs in the room but we still got bitten a lot during the night. I didn’t ask if they were available, but I think mosquito nets might be a good offer to guests as global warming is only going to make this problem worse. We first visited this end of Arenal 20 years ago and are sad to see that most of the independent boutiques, fine jewellery stores and independent restaurants we enjoyed then have disappeared. There are few decent options for lunch within walking distance. Luckily the beach bistro at the hotel does excellent lunches at a decent price. Thank you, Parc Natural for a wonderful stay!

Have just returned from 10 nts in this hotel. We treated ourselves to a suite, which was well worth it, everything thought of. Two luxurious bathrooms, 2 large tvs and a double balcony.
We had a half board arrangement. Our only gripe is that with the carvery, hardly any hot vegetables to go with it - you had to hunt around. From a personal point of view,free access to desserts, including the ice cream! Yum!
All the staff were friendly and helpful. Predominantly German clientele so staff had to be multi lingual.
The beach was fantastic with a cooling breeze, but beware the sun loungers do not belong to hotel and cost 14.25 euros per day. Excellent bus service with bus stop outside hotel. We took the express bus to Palma then onward to see a relative. There didn't seem any point in hiring a car. Nature park opposite hotel - peaceful place but check how long the routes are.
We would definitely go again. This holiday was the tonic we needed after a bad start to 2022.

We stayed in this amazing hotel in July 2021. Very friendly staff, ready to help with anything: providing various mosquito sprays on the first day (never used as there were no mosquitos), upgrading for free to a better room, always attentive and with a big smile in a restaurant, accommodating for the late checkout at 7 pm! The food here is immaculate! No problem with beach towels, their everyday change is unlimited, fresh and of good quality. There is a modern spa and indoor swimming pool with various jets. It was some issues with amound of sunbed sets with umbrellas on the beach but it was quickly resolved by adding a few more the next day. All in all a very positive tranquil happy atmosphere in the hotel. We would be happy to return and can highly recommend it without hesitation.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I travelled a lot. The hotel has a nice picturesque territory and spacious rooms. The beach is fantastic, best in Mallorca, it has never been crowded. But the best thing that makes this hotel excellent is service and staff, everyone from the reception, restaurant and room service were very attentive. I would like specially to thank Hristina, who was looking after me and was always very helpful with any request or question; also special thanks to Gloria, who was very pleasant and helpful with spa reservation. I am also very grateful to the waiters in the restaurant, everyone was very attentive to my tastes. The food in the restaurant was delicious with wide choice. This is an excellent hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean spacious with a comfortable bed and a generous balcony. Breakfast and the buffet dinner offer an extensive choice of great quality food. They have their own beach with large number of loungers and parasols as well as a large pool area with again quite a large number of sunbeds. No need to get up early morning with your towels here.
Our preference is to book B&B and eat out of the hotel at night and we are not really buffet people. We were surprised there was no A La Carte restaurant but we were persuaded to try the buffet one night by people we met. To our surprise the choice and quality was really good and the ambiance and the positive smiling staff made for an enjoyable experience. So much so we stayed in and went there on another two nights. It was a step up from many of the buffets we have experienced in other areas.
We are not Spa people so can only speculate that I would be surprised if it didn’t meet the standards set in the rest of the hotel. I very noticeable thing at the hotel is the way the management walk the job meeting guests and seeming to take a genuine interest in their well-being and opinions.
If I was to nit pick I think that the poor situation with taxis in this area and there expense is an issue the hotel could look at. On the two occasions we were looking for a taxi and we asked reception to get one for us they got the message back from the taxi company had no cabs available. Maybe they should consider a courtesy bus making regular trips from the hotel to Alcudia.
If that sound negative I want to finish on a positive. This hotel is so customer focused that it even has a process for those guests who stupidly leave things like mobile phones behind in the bedroom when they leave. Mine should be back with me in a couple of days. All part of the service.

My wife and I have just returned from this wonderful hotel with my sister and brother in law, our second holiday there this year. We are now booking for 2023. It may sound boring but, after years of cruises and holidays all over, we find this hotel so special we have been returning for the past 6 years. The main attraction is the friendly management and all the helpful staff. They are so welcoming, friendly and caring and do everything possible to ensure you enjoy your stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean with excellent room service, rooms are comfortable and all meals are exceptional with top quality food and the Chef’s amazing team provide such a varied variety of dishes every day. Pools and other facilities are what you would expect from a 5 star hotel and we would recommend this amazing hotel to anyone looking for a luxury holiday in Majorca where staff are like one big happy family.
