Its was very nice, all was so kind but the rum was not clean and the bathroom smells so bad Because of the sewage, but in general it is very beautiful, the swimming pools are beautiful, and the customers are kind, but its location is somewhat far from crowding. You must take a car if you want crowds

Great family vacation! We liked that it was a close walk to the beach and that there were a lot of pools. But just wished that the kids pirate ship pool was also heated. The buffet had a huge variety and lots of options for food but was all very oily and fatty and just wish there were more healthy options. Overall wonderful stay!

Very good hotel and very good buffé. The location of the hotel was very close to the beach but a little far from the city. There was bus stop very close to the hotel so you could easily take the bus to the city

Lovely hotel. Lovely room. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely location to beach & shops. Perfect family holiday. Hot tub was a great addition to keep the kids busy on the less warm days. Lots of food choice, friendly staff who communicated well and kids who enjoyed high fives with them!

We have just returned from a 2 week stay and are already looking to go back! The facilities and entertainment for children are what made this holiday. Especially the staff from the entertainment team. The team are extremely well managed with respect and love from their team leader and it was clear to see that they all looked out for each other and enjoyed their job. Sophia was the life and soul of the team and really made us feel part of the Zafiro family. She really is a very special person with the biggest heart! But I have to say the whole entertainment team were fantastic! If I was being critical the food at the buffet wasn't great at lunch and dinner. Breakfast was brilliant. There wasn't much in the way of themed nights as stated, they had the same things every night with a few new things added. Very much school canteen dinners. But we always found something to eat! Always plenty of fresh salad, fruit and bread. All in all a fantastic family holiday!…

We had a very pleasant stay at Zafiro Bahia. The hotel staff is very friendly and does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our children loved the swimming pools and jacuzzi. The latter was broken for 5 days unfortunately and eventually got fixed after the manager of the reception got involved. Food is lovely, both in the buffet and a la carte restaurants. It's amazing how much effort they put into the 'special' dishes. Quite a large part of the menu returns often, but we didn't see that as bad because the quality is generally good. Our room was great and clean with new towels every day. Things for improvement are a heated childrens pool (the one with the pirate ship was really cold in May), a curtain at the door leading up to the penthouse terrace so the children can sleep in a dark living room, and fixing the floor of the playground at the a la carte restaurant (do not put on your childrens best clothes and shoes if you intend to let them play there!). …

Really nice hotel, well situated with nice swimming pool and perfect access to the beach. Hotel starting to be bit old and some renovations could be made. The only minus is the buffet where the food is often the same, not lot variety over the week

All was really perfect!!! I use to travel a lot and this hotel really was perfect for my family. The children loved they stay and all the swimming pools. The restaurant was perfect. But the most important, the service was perfect. All people working in Zafiro bahia were really nice and helpful. We had the chance to celebrate our son's 6th birthday and whole team made it exceptionnal. We loved stay and will for sure come back!! Thank you so much
