Renove the hotel. Breakfast was good. Don't look at the Photos they are old. Restaurant personal were Nice. The rest was 3 star hotel. If you have never been to a 5 star hotel you will enjoy your visit. Much of the things that you see on the Photos are not like that in the pool and spa area.
3.5 star at best Let me be loud and clear. This is a decent hotel with good service . But at best it's a 3.5 star hotel , and not a 5 star hotel as they proclaim. Stay with this in mind . Again , very decent hotel with very good staff .. there was no coffee , no water , lockers were not working, problems with the showers ...... do not be missing lead by their rating ... its a 3.5 star hotel
The comment on the booking was deleted by the hotel because they did not like the truth. I was not received with a yorkshire toy in the hotel, but they had cats at the pool and tourists took their bikes to the room with all the dirt on them.I didn't have bathrobes in the room, espresso machine and plain water.
We have booked this hotel via Luxair travel agency based on the pictures shown on the website and also booking. In reality the hotel seems to be a old hotel that has been partially refurbished here and there, but in essence everywhere you turn you will notice the wear of time on this hotel. In the room, minimum decoration, no place to put the luggage, no water boiler, tea, coffee or a bottle of water. On the ceiling there are marks of mold covered by the painting, the air in the room heavy to breathe, we left the door always open to get fresh air from outside. Bathroom very small and again not clean, old furniture and appliances. The wellness is at -1 where there is almost no light, again ceiling corroded by the humidity and water, one sauna is not working out of the two. The other sauna is a 90 degreees sauna barely reaching 50-60 degrees; hammam not working; pool not very well maintained. Stay away from this hotel because it doesn’t deserve its 5 star rating and prices. On a rainy day there is really not much to do but to stay inside the hotel room as the wellness is not really operational. Few good aspects: public beach just in front of the hotel, food is ok.…
The hotel is a bit on the older side, the mqintenqnce of the building could be improved. The breakfast buffet was excellent, dinner could be improved: Not really a 5 stars hotel I rate it at most 4 stars
lovely hotel - a few improvements could be made such a building needs to be maintained outside but overall stay was worth the money and staff were very helpful. direct beach access was great - although there were no loungers. would recommend for the area and value.
We had a very pleasant 6 days at the hotel. We had a big suit with great views of the sea and mountains beyond. The location is perfect whether you wish to travel by car or local bus with the stop just around the corner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner buffet had a wide choice of food however, it was a little better in the past.
Awesome location by the sea, beautiful and clean room (we had the top layer suite with the sea view), very nice and tasty breakfast, helpful staff, nice service at the pool area, beach was clean and water easy to access
First, the positives. They upgraded us to a sea view junior suite. It was very clean. Very ample, the bed very comfortable. Correct. The buffet breakfast was good, ample selection and good service. The hotel is very big but didn’t seem very lively. It’s catered for foreign guests, mostly German. Dinner is from 18:30 to 21:30h. For a Spaniard on holidays it’s way too soon. Playa de Muro is a very nice beach, but the one in front of the hotel was a bit too narrow, and full of seaweed. Not the hotel’s fault but still. It is a bit further from the action than we would have wished, but that can be a plus for some. The hotel needs some upkeeping, the pavement outside is destroyed and that really portrays a bad image. There’s no men’s toilets by the pool, so men are advised to use the women’s. This is one of the reasos why I say this is not a 5 star. It is compulsory to have men’s and women’s toilets. When we got the bill, at the very bottom, we had donated 1 Euro to the “make a wish foundation”. Just like that. Without asking. I asked the clerk and he said that’s what the hotel management said / the Be Live hotel chain ordered to put in the bill. Seriously? Ok, 1 Euro is not going to kill anyone, but taking it without permission? NOT OK. All in all, an ok experience, but definitely not 5 stars.…
Our original plans were cancelled with the Be Live Son Antem hotel. I was left worried and concerned due to the lack of support provided by the central / head office staff, we were simply told that we were being transferred to their other hotel Palace De Muro with no other information! On arrival at the hotel we were instantly reassured and knew that we was in safe hands, weeks of worrying and no communication was quickly made a thing of the past through the attentiveness of the hotel staff! Every single person we spoke to, went out of their way to look after me and my family. A big hotel that makes you feel like an individual! Loved our week and will definitely be back! Beautiful beach and top rate cleanliness across all areas! 🥰
