An ideal place to spend time together with children or friends. The hotel is very clean, the hotel staff is nice and friendly, the food is very good. Numerous attractions are an additional advantage of the hotel. I love walking in the park, there you can forget about all your problems and worries!
Two single beds instead of a single one. Dirty walls, doors and toilet. No internet. Television receives many channels once, sometimes several. The prices of food in the restaurant do not correspond to the quality, quantity and, in fact, the entire restoration. Meal prices as in a very good restaurant in the center of Warsaw.
The venue itself is lovely. A faux Palace a stones throw away from warsaw set in lovely grounds with a small but decent pool and stables. BUT... the service is atrocious. The staff don't know what they are doing, they are unable to talk about the menu, it is impossible to engage with them. There is a lovely area outside, if you sit there tho nobody takes your order. You have to walk to the restaurant, say you want to order and where you are sitting. Then 20 minutes later somebody shows up to take your drinks order. The drinks arrive 40 minutes later. Unless you specifically request it the gin and tonic will not come with a slice of lemon. We came on a three day deal with breakfast and dinner included. Don't. There is no choice of dinner other than vegetarian and non vegetarian. The food a la carte is ok. The food as part of the offer not so much. Also if you stay for a couple of nights you end up having to eat the same. One evening we were told tha because we were eating as part of the deal we were not entitled to eat on the terrace. I put my foot down at that. Our rooms were also not cleaned and the bathroom smelled badly. But then we did not spend much time there anyway. As to the stables... well... if you can actually make the booking its great. But we tried to book 3 weeks in advance and were told we couldn't. Closer to the time still couldn't. On the day, told that everything was booked out. Not sure how given we were told we could not book in advance... all very confusing and frustrating. So why 3 stars? TBH it was a toss up between 2 and 3. Decided on 3 as the place is has a lovely setting and overall for a weekend get away from warsaw it worked out well for us. But if this place really wants to compete at an international level, there is a long long way to go. Suggest management sendsq someone to one of the all inclusive top end hotels to learn how things are done and how clients need to be treated if you want repeat business. We are certainly never coming back. Some people that were staying the same time as us cut their stay a day short they were so frustrated. …
I’m not one to complain but how the staff handled our evening arrival really soured the experience and if it wasn’t for that, I would be happy to have given 10/10 because the facility, palace, and grounds are beautiful and the breakfast delicious. Our flight left late therefore got into Warsaw late, had issues with the car rental which caused more delay - so we arrived not until 10:02 pm to the palac, not our fault! We were hungry - was told the kitchen closed 2 minutes ago. Asked if there’s anything we can get - even bread and cheese - don’t have to cook. All staff present said no. The hotel booklet said that after the kitchen closes they can provide a cold plate - they absolutely refused to honour that. I’m diabetic and pregnant and since it’s in the middle of nowhere there was nothing else around - asked about fruit from their cafe window - they said it was old because it was for decoration essentially so had to buy a dessert which in my condition was not ideal! I don’t believe the kitchen closed just 2 minutes prior to our arrival, the cooks or kitchen staff must’ve closed long before - I don’t believe there was no bread or anything prepped for breakfast that we could’ve had - and if in their handbook it states that cold plates are offered after the kitchen closes, why did they refuse to give it to us?…
Was at the hotel for a friends wedding. Had a lovely time. The rooms need a little bit of TLC Service was OK but not great. Nice swimming pool - good size. Room was a nice size but curtains were falling of the rails, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor
+ park + horses + architecture + styling + reception - restaurant. this is simply tragedy. high price buty quantity of food is simply joke. we ordered 2 vegetarian dishes (out from three) they were so small. not to be accepted. i regret i should have told thank you, take it back. Restaurant management should understand that customers are not cows to take money from, but quality and QUANTITY of food should be relevant. Conclusion: i recommend this hotel, pay attention to restaurant if you do not want pay for restaurant service more than for room
I have to congratulate all the staff and in Particular Piotr Greda and d all the Reception staff for a very professional way they made our stay enjoyable, the food was excellent and very good indeed, My family were very happy with everything and, the wedding was very enjoyable with, once again the staff extremely helpful. Congratulations to all of you and, your Management should be very proud of you all. Thank you
We stayed here last weekend for a wedding which was beautiful and the hotel should be commended for. Plus points Lovely swimming pool - all of the children in our party enjoyed a swim both days that we were there - they also provide, floats and armbands which was great. The reception staff were attentive and helpful, not all of the staff speak English though so good to have google translate to help! Great childrens playground but unfortunately due to poor weather our kids were unable to enjoy it, they did however enjoy the playroom Negatives Very little fresh fruit on offer in the restaurant at breakfast time, not even a banana! While there was an extensive food menu, when we were there, very little of it was available which was disappointing Two single duvets on a double bed was a bit strange Overall a nice couple of days but could do more to make this a really great hotel!…
Abusing animals shows what kind of service they provide... Teaching children that animals are toys is horrifying! luxusious hotel that dont respect animals, just wait until they wont respect guests. I will never go there!
I spent two romantic nights with my husband there. Werent romantic at all. Due to worst kids day imaginable there. Terrible plays in which animals were used as toys and to please lowest instincts. Thats a shame they treated it as a fun activity - they tought kids simply that u can do any weird thing you want with your animal. Use it. Make fun with no empathy. This is just a simple money making place with no heart or even brain for sure. They should be sued for animal cruelty. JUST AVOID THEM - there are many places where u can stay. This place is worst big time worldwide for me. Hope i will never see such a place again - that was worst in our mutual history of travellin Europe so far. In France they should be closed or at least have a biiig financial fine. 0/10
