We booked here for a night on our way to the south. Thanks to the reports on Tripadvisor which were all true. Nice and big room, very good bathroom, good breakfast, nice people and a wonderful view. The terras was a bit of a deception. No furniture to speak of, windy and the neighbours were doing repairs on the outside... More

We really enjoyed our two night stay at the Relais de Tamaroque, an attractive old coaching inn which is well placed for exploring the Languedoc coast and venturing inland. From the website, we chose the Vent Marin suite and were not disappointed - the rooms are spacious and attractive, with nice views over the river Berre and the old bridge.... More

Wow!!! With only 3 days there, we felt like it was a week. We have never been to the south of France before and was truly blown away. The guest house we chose could not have been any more beautiful. The view from our window was of a river that was so clear naturally stunning. Jean-Luc and Brigette, the guest... More

A really great find in our travels this summer. Fantastic old post-house converted into a welcoming B&B. Beautiful rooms, breakfast was delicious, view over the river was beautiful and our hosts were so friendly and English speaking as well. No complaints!

This was a great B&B run by a fun and efficient couple. No concierge could have treated us better or steered us straighter in terms of dinner selections and outings. Superb throughout! You must have a rental car or bike for this one to work for you, but it was a very pleasant 5 days; thanks to Brigitte and Jean-Luc!... More

We have stayed at Relais de Tamaroque with Brigitte and Jean-Luc a number of times since 2007 and they have always been most welcoming hosts. Nothing is too much trouble and they know so much about the area that they can send you in the right direction so you don't waste time. We have visited some wonderful quiet areas that... More

We spent 7 days at that nice place and we got best service and best support from Brigitte and Jean- Luc. They offered us their garage for our bikes and have great experience in all opportunities for good food and good wine. Next to the hotel we found a perfect restaurant as well as a nice Tapas bar. We look... More

Been there with my wife and our little son in October. PLace full of atmosphere, tranquillity and charme. The rooms are exactly how you would expect to find in a French farmhouse, or in a small countryside house in the south of France. The owners are lovely and welcoming people that made us feel at home. Kindness and courtesy are... More

We first visited the Relais de Tamaroque in June 2009 and enjoyed our short stay so much that we organised a trip with the extended family for last month (6 adults and a 1yr old baby). The location, situated on the gorge of the River Berre, is breath-taking and there are terraces, which enable you to fully enjoy this magnificent... More
