Hotel chichen itza is located about a twenty minute walk from the ruins. The place is clean and the location is unbeatable. Rooms are fairly priced and the staff is very accommodating. The bar serves good Mezcal and tequila. Pretty hard beds mattresses but quiet t night.

Beat the crowds at Chichen Itza by spending the night at this recently renovated small hotel in nearby Piste. It's within a 10 minute drive of the Chichen Itza site, so you can arrive around 8:30 and have a good 2 hours to tour the site before the bus tours arrive with their hordes. The rooms are clean and well-appointed....

Quiet, convenient and comfortable. Chichen Itza is a nice walk in the early morning to beat the crowds, and the cost is reasonable given what other hotels cost around the ruins. The pool area is nice too. I didn't try the restaurant, but there is a very nice restaurant right across the street, and some other tasty and cheap eats...

We spent 3 nights here on our Thomson Yucatan tour in November. The Staff were all very helpful, the room clean and facilities were good. Meals in the restaurant were all good, with an a la carte menu to choose from. Unfortunately there were very few people staying in the hotel so it lacked atmosphere. We enjoyed a walk into...

The primary reason we chose this hotel was it's location on the east side of Piste with an easy morning walk to Chichen Itza, and it worked great. We were able to walk to the ruins in about 15 minutes, allowing us to see the site before the tour buses started to arrive mid-morning. The hotel itself was very nice....

As others have said, an average to good hotel. Nothing fancy and fairly basic but our room was comfortable and spacious. Food varied considerably but was generally ok. Extremely convenient for Chichen Itza where you definitely want to be early before the masses of tour buses arrive. Fine for a night or two. Pool was small with quite a few...

New comment on a 2 month old experience. WE HAVE NEW POOL LOUNGES, over a dozen of them. You visited during the rainy season. No more insects flying around during our "winter". And yes... this is a good hotel with standard services. Nothing fancy, but nice, efficient, very agreeable, original design and appointments FOR A TRUE BARGAIN PRICE ! Where...

This is a nice hotel conveniently located just down the road from the Chichen Itza archaeological site. The hotel, like the town, is pretty quiet and unexciting so probably not ideal for a long stay, but worth the a night or two for the sake of getting to the ruins early enough to beat the large crowds. The rooms are...

Stayed 3 nights as part of Thomson Yucatan Explorer tour. This hotel was basic and rather unremarkable but clean. We travelled as 3 adults and were pleasantly surprised by the space in our room and having 3 queen beds instead of 2 and a cot. It was very well situated for visiting Chichen Itza itself and with convenient 24hour supermarket...

Thanks for your visit. We are definitely the most convenient, friendly, best equipped and newest hotel in Piste. The hotel Chichen Itza is a great value for the money (less than 29 Pounds Sterling a night). Where in the world do you get what we give for that price? No where I have been in. For "memorable", we have the...
