This is for business a good choice, a little bit slow, but I enjoyed the stay. The bed was good and the brekfast buffett was more than I expected. The coffee should be better, but that means not the coffee was bad.

First time in Kahramanmaras so cannot compare with other properties. Hotel was fine. Had a small problem with the aircon in my room and they upgraded me to a suite. Well done guys! Checked out early but flight was canceled so they booked me back in for the rest of the day at no charge! Really appreciated this! Staff were... More

The most comfortable beds I have ever slept on for a long time. It must be first preference in this city.. also, good staff and strong breakfast with local foods a little bit far away from city airport

I spent one night in the hotel. The staff speak English fairly well and is well trained and helpful. In fact, compared to some other Ramada hotels I have stayed at this one has an above average staff. The rooms are new and feel fresh though they do allow smoking in the rooms (make sure to get a non smoking... More

Basically the hotel facilities are good enough but or BUT!!! The restaurant services and food and the quality of the service is extremely bad. The stuff has no idea about what they have to do and it's almost impossible to get a wine in 30 minutes. Although we paid almost 350 dollars for the whole table we wait at least... More

It's a newish (2011) modern hotel and does most things well. It's a long way from the city centre, but it's well thought out and the rooms are well designed, fully equipped and comfortable. The wi-fi is free and works, the breakfast is good and the service is OK. I would choose to stay here on a future visit, in... More

Overall satisfaction is mediocre. Staff are polite and attentive but not professional in some cases. Hotel rooms are not standart size, especially bathroom spaces. Hotel restaurant does not offer great variety of choises but will not be boring for a few days stay; best is that you can wine at dinner, which is difficult to find in Kahramanmaras. Hotel is... Little out of town but the best hotel around. Huge rooms, deluxe bathrooms. Everything brand new. Great breakfast including international items as well as local soup, cheese, bread, etc... Nice staff. Definitely will stay here again. We splurged for the deluxe rooms which comes with a nice sitting area.

While on the road to Gazantep during Ramadan, we made a stop for tea at this lovely new hotel. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and accommodating. This hotel is a worthwhile stop for meals, or tea if you ever come this way.

A business hotel. This hotel could be anywhere except for the fantastic breakfast. Hotel is about 7 miles from the center of Kahramanmaras and is part of the urban sprall taking over the beautiful farmland countryside. There are a few little shops and restaurants nearby and staying here keeps you out of the busy and traffic-filled center, if that's what... More
