It is a great family Aparthotel in the middle of the Sudety mountains. You will not get bored especially when you are travelling with your Kids. The hotel has wonderful views on the nearby mountains so you can relax watching. If you like lokal beers there is a variety of them to try. You can buy them from the local shop nearby at the prace of 8 zł each. The hotel kitchen is very good and offers HB. You can choose between local food and continental one. The spectacular view from the restaurant terrace is definitely the greatest bonus to your meal. I was there two times this year in a main building and in the apartment. To compare these two I would say the hotel room offers more. They both are very clean and modern with kitchen and utensils like microwave, the kettle or the dishwasher. If you ask for the hotel room with a view you will be amazed! The apartments have various views, but they usually have two rooms, a bedroom and a living room with the kitchen and a big balcony. The rooms were perfectly clean and disinfected. In the restaurant there are the highest vivid standards- you will have to wear your mask sanitize your hands and wear a plastic glove while choosing the food. The staff is really friendly and helpful, they solve all the problems just immediately. There is a wonderful swimming pool with saunas and jacuzzis inside. For 10 zlotys you can hire a frock and for 5 zl a towel. Nearby there are a lot of attractions to go and sightseeing. You can climb or go to Czarna Gora by lift Luxtorpeda or use a multitude of single MTB tracks nearby. You can go to the Cave of the Bear ( 8 km) or to the Old Gold Mine, relax or wakeboard on the pond in Stara Morawa or visit marvelous Miedzygorze town with its famous waterfall Vilczki. I would like to mention that the hotel is pet friendly and your pet will be very welcome even on the hotel tartare during dining. You will surely not regret your stay. …

Very nice, modern place. Very comfy rooms, nice restaurant with quite tasty food. The location is really good as it's so close to the skiing and other attractions. 4 stars vs 5 from me as they did have the alarm go off at night at 2 consecutive nights when I was there, which was definitely annoying.

We spent a week in the hotel as two families with kids for a winter holiday. Overall we had a great time and we enjoyed our holiday so the hotel is worth a recommendation but some things there were really surprisingly bad or annoying. I have been paying attention to them since a friend asked me to collect feedback about the place because he plans to visit too. So.. on the good side: great service, great food although a bit repetitive buffet during dinners, nice and new swimming pool, free wi-fi, close to the ski slopes.On the less good side: hotel was full of families with kids so if you want peaceful time - it is not there, no english signs, food at dinners described in very basic, one-word polish (e.g. dumplings or chicken), water in the pool not very clear and with some visible dirt floating, lots of things broken down e.g. elevators (they have two - most of the time at least one does not work, sometimes two!), in the room we had sockets without electricity or regulators for floor heating completely broken. I think it is because hotel has been done in a cheap way and is now run to maximize the profit. Parking is free but only in front of the hotel which turns very nice front of the hotel into big parking place (underground parking is 10 EUR / night and most people do not use it). We paid extra to get a room with a mountain view which turned out to be parking and building view (similar story happened to our friends).Swimming pool was included but big saunas area - extra charge! 10 EUR per hour! They charge deposits for everything - cards, towels etc. So good place but could be much much better with a bit more of a customer focus and investment!…

The hotel may be recommended for families and for individuals or couples. Breakfast and dinner included in price plus a well equipped kitchen make your stay quite comfortable. Spa and kids playground are an extra attraction. Service (mostly Ukrainians) very polite and smiling. Roms are clean and comfortable. Underground car park (extra price). Pet friendly.
