Ideal place to stay overnight. Lovely village location. Spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed. No dressing table or drawer space which wasnt a problem for an overnight stay, but not ideal if planning to stay longer. Just a clothes rack with hangers to store clothes on and nowhere for ladies to sit and apply make-up etc. No hairdryer in room either... More

From start to finish, this place was flawless. Simple and unfussy check in, fantastic room with a comfy bed, plenty of space and wonderful decor, amazing shower and the best full English breakfast I think I've ever had (complete with freshly baked home made bread!). Staff were friendly and seemed to have a genuine camaraderie, village location was very pretty... More

Went here to meet family ( who were staying for the night ) for an evening meal. The staff were the politest members of staff I have encountered in a long time. We were attended to quickly and the staff simply couldn't do anymore. The menu was delightful and reasonably priced. The food itself was outstanding - I had the... More

This is a perfect place to stay for any overnight party or wedding at Coombe Lodge, which is less than a mile away. Great staff and rooms well appointed. Only downside is lack of path to and from Coombe Lodge making a short cab ride expensive. Would go back if in the area. Super breakfast!

Stayed here on business and from the moment I arrived to the prompt breakfast request everything was spot on, super efficient and food quality great. Rooms are nice and modern with everything you need and when I did ask, my request was dealt with in a flash. Would definitely stay here when visiting this area again.

Me and my partner stayed there for two nights and we loved it the rooms are very nice. When we arrived Lauren checked us in and she was very helpful and friendly. The room was very quiet even though it's next to a road. Lovely bathroom, tv and a dressing table. We had dinner there on the first night and... More

Stayed here overnight so we could attend a wedding at nearby Coombe lodge. A very good experience, the room being large, the beds comfy and clean with superb en-suite. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, would stay again no problem!

We were staying at Butcombe Farm & decided to walk into Blagdon for something to eat. The Seymour is a foody pub rather than a traditional boozer but the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food very nice though not keen on the salt & pepper being loose as some people don't wash hands after using the bathroom... The Seymour arms is perfect, great place to stay, the rooms are to a very high standard, clean and a nice relaxing vibe. The breakfast was extremely tasty as was the evening dinner, I recommend the chicken salad. Staff are very friendly indeed.
