I stay at hilton hotels quite a lot and sometimes the restaurants are good and other times so-so. Currently staying at the Hilton Bristol and just had dinner in the restaurant......outstanding. The food was amazing but what made the evening was the professional, but friendly service led by Josh. This guy is a credit not just to Hilton but to... More

150 per night and that's before 12 quid breakfast 12 quid WiFi and 5er parking per day. All this for a hotel that has flick wallpaper and naff wood doors that look like they were uplifted from the mid 90's Shower pressure of an old man's tinkle stream and beds that creak and groan. None of this conducive to a... More

Rooms are clean and pleasantly decorated. Lots of power sockets including a socket either side of the bed that include two USB charging ports - nice! Dinner was Ok - burger and chips. Room has aircon, steam iron and board, no safe. Only annoying issue is the time that it takes to change channel on the TV. You press the... More

Positives: Room clean, lovely king bed, bath and shower, iron and kettle in room. Reception staff helpful. Free wifi. Gym and swimming pool. Negatives: Noisy plumbing like a waste shredder on the toilet and not sound proof doors so can hear everyone in corridor. Have to pay for car parking. Restaurant - service really really slow..... And food not that... More

We stayed at this hotel on 24-09-16 and this was my first booking withHilton hotels and this is my first bad review. We arrived and thankfully there was no queue as it took nearly 5 mins to process my reservation! We were then charged £5 to park overnight, this hotel was 10 miles outside the city centre! We put our... More

Positives: - King size bed was very comfy and the room had a bath making our stay with a toddler very comfortable and practical. - Check in staff were very helpful, and gave our son a little pirate activity pack to keep him occupied. - Lounge area and bar facilities were very nice. - Overnight parking was fairly cheap compared... Stayed for a family weekend treat. It really is just a businessmen's hotel, stuck in a business park. Staff were helpful, but could not overcome a hotel that was poorly kept. Our room the extractor fan didn't work, the toilet didnt flush properly, the extra sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing - it was better lying on the floor!... More

A very negative experience Dirty hotel with rude staff indifferent service and a filthy breakfast experience I will never use Hilton again although I am an Honours member. Sadly nothing will change and punters will be deceived into thinking a tecent makeover has made the place into a hotel.

Check in staff not trained properly in taking card payments and totally inflexible when requesting a room change. Only room available was dirty and had a terrible damp smell. Kept awake til 1am by noisy pumps\plumbing as taps, showers and toilets used in rooms around us. Very disappointing experience.
