Myself and four members of my family stayed at this lovely B&B for one night last week and are very happy we choose it. Our host Rita Morgan was very friendly and helpful. We all liked her manner straight away as she made us feel right at home. The breakfast was gorgeous and we were well fed. The rooms were... More

We enjoyed our stay at Armcashel. The rooms are very spacious, clean and neat. The Irish breakfasts were hearty and so delicious. I was ill the first day in Ireland and Rita was very attentive in taking it upon herself to make special food I could eat and flat soda. I hope if I ever return to Ireland it will... More

My mum, Nan and me stayed here in September for a visit back to my Nan's hometown. I had forgotten about writing a review, but feel like Armcashel needs to be given the praise it deserves. Rita, the landlady was wonderful and really made our trip special. Our flight got in very late, and we didn't arrive until about 1.30am,... More

Stayed here for one night after a long journey and couldn't have found a better port in a storm. Spotlessly clean rooms, sheets and towels. Shampoo and soaps provided (a little touch I appreciated as I was going to have to buy some after security checks meant I had to bin mine on leaving UK). Breakfast was very nice, with... More

Stayed at the Armcashel as a party of 8 for one night as we were attending a funeral in Trien . The house is spotless clean and very comfortable. The landlady Rita is a friendly lady and does a very nice full Irish breakfast. Great value for money, would definitely recommend this b&b.

Rita is a delight. A professional approach to hospitality matched equally with a warmth and a welcome. The house is spotless, the breakfasts yummy and the lovely welcoming cuppa at the end of the day all add up to a promise of a return. This is old school hospitality, a home from home. Highly recommend Armcashel for anyone.

First and foremost, cleanliness gets 10/10, important first impression. Nice friendly place, really good value and located on the edge of town. Breakfast set us up for the day (wedding). Coffee "room" downstairs is a nice touch and saves clutter in the room.

We had the same excellent experience everyone else has mentioned. I came with my mother and my aunt, unfortunately for a family funeral. Rita looked after us all with such care. Cups of tea, a chat, hot water bottles etc. we couldn't have asked for more. When additional family members wanted to join us for breakfast she accommodated. My aunt... More

I stayed here recently while sorting out some personal matters in the area. From being offered tea or coffee in the lounge on arrival, to taking my breakfast order the night before, to sitting for a chat on a quiet night and thawing my car's frozen windscreen on an icy morning and a hug as I left, I could not...
