If I could give this place 0 I would. Their customer service is shocking. It was my little sisters 18th birthday and I asked the DJ to give her a shoutout (as you would) he said that he cannot do that as their are “other people enjoying their holiday too”. Why would you not appreciate someones 18th birthday and coming to your bar?? The drinks are over priced and disgusting. Would not recommend it at all. Not good with customers and just generally a bad vibe.

The so-called hotel is decadent and rather dirty. The only friendly presence is the cat with an enormous ill eye. In the room it seemed a bit better, but then we realized that the bathroom has no door (neither it had when the last guests used it... so you can imagine the smell). You can have much more for less, don’t go!!!

We paid 900 baht each for a FERRY to koh lanta. They booked us on a local bus which takes about twice as long. The bus company said we had been scammed and told us we had to take it up with the hostel. The bus normally costs 250 bhat per person. We called the hostel who wouldn't give us a refund or book us onto the boat we had paid for even though I had a photo of my receipt. Then they hung up on us and disconnected their phone number. So dodgy!

Pretty big hostel, so it's quiet hard to meet New people. Clean beds, bathroom okay. WiFi First didn't Work. Pretty far from any Beaches, but near The old city center. Staff was friendly, everything was clean, it was cheap - we had a Place to sleep. Everything was okay

About 15mins from the pier, 45 mins from the airport. We arrived at 00:30, they left the key at the entrance for us. We had a private room, was really decent for the price. Just one thing that was annoying, tons of tuktuks waiting outside the hotel to harass you to go to the pier. Also, hostel wasn’t really well indicated from the outside, took us about 5mins to find the place while we were on the street.
