Rooms are clean, bed and pillows comfortable. No real comminication issues with staff. We arrived late evning, easy check in and our luggage was carried up to level 3 (No lifts) If you have heavy luggage using the stairs may be difficult. Breakfast was fine, reasonable variety to choose from. One main thing, if you have a room facing the...

The images on the website is sort of deceiving. Labelled as a 'design' hotel, it is NOT! The taxi we took had a hard time locating the hotel but finally it did. Its approx. 30 mins from the International Airport The lobby is small and it holds the area for your breakfast too. Nothing to shout about. Deposit of 1000...

It's not a bad hotel for what you pay. The rooms needs a lick of paint and the bathroom wall tiles needs a good clean, because we see mould of the wall tiles. Anyway, the staff are helpful so no fault about them. Good thing about this hotel it's a 10 minutes walk to the bus terminal and about a...

Excellent price for 2 nights 2430 BAHT, but the hotel itself was dirty, filth all up the walls of our room and hair on the floor in the hallway. Cannot comment on breakfast as we checked out after the first night to return to our resort in khao lak. The guy on reception was extremely rude to me as I...

The hotel was fine. There is no elevator in case you don't like stairs. The employee at the entrance didn't want to get us a taxi to the Pier, had a fixed price with friend (300 THB). Told him the front desk attendant had told me the day before a taxi was around 150 BHT but started making silly faces...

We had a great time staying at Sino imperial. This is the second time we've stayed with sino hotel chains. Just like sino house these guys know how to treat their guests. It is clean and inviting and only a couple blocks from the funky and progressive old city! Good priced rooms. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We stayed for 1 night in family room. The room is nice and big enough for 4 persons, with 2 big beds, and living space with table of 4. We booked direct with hotel by "LINE", and got the special rate. The room rate is inclusive of mini-bar (soft drink, coffee, tea and instant noodle). + Family room : big...

Now - this is a exactly how hospitality is done. Sino Imperial is one of those few mid-range hotel that went truly above my expectations. I liked the staff - very polite and friendly. The breakfast was excellent - in my 4 day stay, I observed everyday a different Thai dish and the standard Continental meal. They also leave everyday...
