This was a very cute boutique hotel that had its own personality. The location is great- right in the center of the Old City. The pool was empty when we went and was very relaxing. We wanted to see the Big Buddha, and the front desk arranged a cab driver to take us there and back. He even stopped at an extra temple for us to check out! When we went for an excursion, we were able to leave our key with the front desk(they are old-school lock keys and the hotel charges for lost keys). Reasons for less than 5 stars: The battery in our safe was dead. The hotel remedied this by giving us the physical key, but we would have preferred to use a combination. The shower did not drain properly. We mentioned this to the front desk and they took the drain out of the sink. We stayed at this hotel around Christmas time and we had a balcony room over the city. This city knows how to party! It was quite loud and difficult to sleep at night. If you are looking for a quiet room, you should request one that is not street facing. Overall I would recommend this hotel.…
Casa Blanca represents very good value for a conveniently located hotel with a large comfortable room. It’s a short easy walk to the bars, restaurants and shops of Phuket Old Town. The all female staff were friendly and helpful. However there’s a few downsides such as the pretty basic breakfast. The biggest issue is choice of rooms. We had a nice room with big windows and a balcony overlooking the (busy) street. Most of Phuket Old Town seems to shut down fairly early, the exception being the Papazula bar right opposite which stays open til late and features a loud live band (the hotel’s offer of earplugs is a bit of a clue). After the first night we considered changing rooms to a quieter one at the back but these are smaller with less natural light so we stayed put. Make your choice on whether your priority is space and light or peace and quiet.…
Fabulous stay at the Casa Blanca, room was lovely, clean and airy. Best nights sleep and best shower during our travels over the last couple of weeks. One day is sufficient for the old town and this is the perfect location to walk out. Staff are very friendly and really helpful. Would definitely recommend and very good value for money.
We only stayed one night to recover from a 3-day boat trip, but the hotel was perfect for this. Extremely clean, lots of character and they let us leave our bags whilst on the boat! Our room had a lovely balcony and everything we needed inside. Good location for town 'sights' and restaurants.
We stayed at Casa Blanca recently and it was absolutely flawless. The hotel is incredibly charming, and is located in the centre of Old Town. The staff are incredibly friendly, and I appreciated their thoughtful touches, like decorating my room especially for my birthday and providing a fruit platter on arrival. The hotel also lent us umbrellas during the rain which we really appreciated. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need. We loved our stay at Casa Blanca - we’ll be back!
It's unique, pretty and perfect Decoration Interior. So Charming ♡, Matching how can i describe what enchanted Hotel like here. Touchable Sincerely Understanding what guests need Moreover, This place uhm. It's Invaluable Impression for me about Service from Front Officers or Receptionists.
Stayed here with my wife for four nights. From check in to check out, all went smoothly without any hassle. Staffs are very friendly and always have a smile, front office lady Sara was helpful and she suggested a pancake shop, which was very good. Rooms are clean and tidy with towels and toiletries. Location is perfect for to visit nearby cafes and restaurants. Also Sunday night Street market is right on the corner. Breakfast served is bread and eggs, which may felt basic. But for the price paid its worth
We stayed here with friends for four days and we all enjoyed the experience. We had rooms overlooking the pool and they were quiet and clean. The pool was wonderful to plunge into after a hot few hours shopping and the staff were all delightful. Great restaurant/bar opposite. Overall a well situated hotel for walking around this interesting old town area.
We stayed here as family of four (parents, 10 & 13 year old). Location was great. Service excellent - very helpful - and location ideal. Whilst we only stayed one night, we were impressed with the property. Given the reasonableness of the price of this property I think worth five star review!
As other reviews say, there is a bit of noise from bar across the road, BUT, it is in a city and expected. It did not bother us at all ( this coming from someone that is used to no noise on my farm whilst sleeping). The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL! Decor, plants, and amazing staff! They go above and beyond to help and try and fix whatever is troubling you. The staff is eager to help with calling taxis and making arrangements if you need it. They even arranged for a lost tablet to be delivered to us from the airport. The staff is by far the best feature of this hotel. But here is my problem, breakfast was included in my price, thought it would be best to feed my two small boys before exploring during the day (yes my husband and I prefer to sit at local cafes and eat local breakfasts but with children it is different). But it was truly not nice, toast with no butter or jam offered, ordered coffee and they bring warm water, pour it in your mug and then you have to make the coffee yourself. Salt and pepper does not work etc etc etc. We only ate breakfast one time and opted to not go back the other mornings we stayed there. The rooms are okay, nothing I can put my finger on, but it just is not as nice as you expect if you look at the rest of the hotel. Will I stay here again? No, unfortunately not. …
