The rooms are large, spacious with all the necessary amenities. The bathrooms are a bit old and the hotel is a bit run down, but very clean. Breakfast is pretty basic. the best thing about the hotel, if you stay in the floors of the top are the views of the town. Amazing!

We stayed here for two nights, not the best location for walking, but a great stay if you are adventuring out eg boat trip. Very clean and comfortable bed. Pool not worth it. A lovely restaurant across the road!

Lovely hotel, very modern, nothing could compare to the views from our room! Beautiful! Breakfast was like a Chinese buffet though! The do have eggs, bread and some fruit though. It's not too far from the main shops. 15/20min walk tops, but it's so easy to get lost! They arranged our transport to the airport, which was a lot cheaper...

This was my first visit to Phuket and chose to stay in Phuket Town. I booked this hotel via booking.com at B1600 a night. By Bangkok standards I thought it was overpriced. It seemed to me this was a hotel being used by Chinese group travel, everyday there were 4 coaches outside, I think I may have been the only...

The service was ok. The staffs are willing to help only if you asked. The hotel was under construction when we stayed. Hence, the breakfast area and the lobby does not have air conditioning. The room is spacious with wide windows. The location of the hotel is not really convenient. The guy who is responsible for our airport transfer is...

The hotel offers good sized, well maintained rooms in a hotel which was still undergoing renovations at the time of visit. Despite that, along with some late night construction, the hotel is good for a short stay. Free Wi-Fi doesn't reach to bedrooms and was a bit patchy, breakfast was acceptable and a nice swimming pool on the 5th floor....
