Only had one night here, but wished i'd stayed longer. Managed to walk around the streets after getting in at 7pm and find food and shops easily. bars (and karaoke bars) were all within walking distance. bus stop is pretty much one block down the road. The service was great!! The front desk staff was so helpful, anything that you... More

Booked 4 nights, arrived at midnight, only good thing about this was the staff were mostly helpful! The location is fine for a 12h stop if your catching a bus but horrendous otherwise. It's like staying in a car park. I'd say 3* not 4*. We checked out after a 2 nights as there was absolutely nothing to do, like... More

Very good concierge reception from the hotel. Beaming very good . Clean Room But bad smell .TV has very bad sign. Hot water in the room should improve rapidly. The water flow is very slow and some days it's not hot water. Stay for five days, but no housekeeping change bed linens , even it is very dirty. And the... More

The room was clean neat and beautiful. The location is a bit quiet but close to the Phuket Trickeye Museum.. The pool is lovely as well. The breakfast at the hotels restaurant left a very bitter taste in my mouth. Firstly there was a bad stench there of food that had gone off. There was just Chinese food and nothing that... More

I stayed here for 7 nights as part of a group. The hotel is ok, nice enough rooms and clean. I stayed in building C... the hotel seems to be made up of two hotel buildings next to each other. The reception in building C is not being used. Both the pools are excellent to cool off in. There were... More

Second stop on my trip. Little pricey, but place is clean, modern, close to the bus station and a short walk from the center of town. The place offers spa services including massage The included breakfast is buffet style, Nice place to stay, worth a visit.

We chose this hotel for our first night stay in Thailand due to its close proximity to the bus station and Rassada pier for our onward travel to Phi Phi. We landed at Phuket airport around 6pm. We opted to take the bus to Phuket town that costs 100 BHT per person. If I recall correctly the taxi would have... More

We stayed here for one night on our trip to Thailand. The water was hot and the bed was decent. We were on the first floor with walkout access to the pool. Not a good idea since the people in the pool were really loud otherwise the view was decent. If the fence was higher your view wouldn't include the... More

Best - Location, swimming pool, poster-bed. Tour buses dump Chinese tourists after dusk and pick them up before 09:00. That is about the limit of interest this hotel generates. OK for sleeping. For Phuket town touring, it is just on the edge of town and within walking distance of everything. Off-season, book one night and then explore to find a... More

My boyfriend had to go for a job interview in Phi Phi. My family booked us a hotel here since it's near Rassada pier, my family restaurant and other shopping place. We got upgraded to deluxe room for reasons we don't know. Room is very nice, big and clean. The bed deco looks great and comfy to sleep in. Big... More
