The best thing about this hotel is the location and well kept grounds, open air lobby, the huge swing and great views of the ocean. The restaurant also has great views but we did not eat there as we found that we could go into Patong and get better pricing. There is an ATM on premise which was convenient and...

The Secret Cliff's structure is something magnificent to see, especially those who, like me, enjoyed a room with sea view and in the lower (not high) section of the structure, that, to say, decays to the cliffs and the sea Precisely. I take the opportunity to advise you to take the rooms downstairs. It is true that every time we...

What you see on the Internet you do not get. When you book your room online make sure you get it, we did not. Our air conditioning was not working after many attempts to get it fixed we requested a fan and it was like sleeping in a wind tunnel all night. Next day we get an upgrade to the...

Mesmerised by the promise of "stunning views" on booking.com I made a reservation for 7 nights. I prepaid 7 nights and checked out after 2 because my experience was so unpleasant. My list of complaints included: ineffective aircon (management told me it was "good enough"). Tired rooms, no desk, no chair, not even a pencil to write with. It is...

The hotel is beautiful in terms of infrastructure (great pool, nice views over the hill where is located, big rooms, decent cable TV), meals (great breakfast, includes muesli!) and staff (very friendly, helpful and most of them speak English). The hotel has different type of rooms, I stayed in the ones located across the road (I needed to walk around...

This time we were very disappointed, the views are still great overlooking Karon however the food has suffered I had deep fried sea bass it took an age to arrive and was so overcooked it was stiff crispy and blackened but I was hungry so I...

Great value for money hotel with excellent views looking over Karon Bay. A little to far from Paton or Karon Beach so unless you want to spend s fortune using the local Tuc-tucs it's best to hire a car or a small motorbike. The foods O.k but not brilliant; but the reason I give it 4 stars is as I...

Nice view, Located between Karon and Patong, closer to Karon. If you have a car or motorbike, location is just perfect. The view of the sea is just awesome. WiFi: Speed is good, unprotected, always use a VPN (which doesn't disconnect, or self reconnects) for security. DTAC: Reception is OKish, quite workable though. Never faced an issue with international calls....
