This is the second time my family has stayed at this hotel. This visit we were chose to stay at the Tropicale side of the resort. Great overlooking the pool and generally quiet. Each day we were able to get a lounge chair with fresh towels. This pool area was reasonably quiet during our week stay. The rooms were always tidy and very clean and staff polite and smiling. Breakfast in the two restaurants always tasty. We will be visiting and staying again.
we came last week , great food , good service fast and professional , kids is very happy there , beach front , perfect for sunset with friends and family , room is very clean and spacious. Will go again soon .
This was our first time staying at the resort and first time travelling to Thailand and Centara lived up to all of our expectations! We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We arrived at around 5/6am in the morning and after travelling for almost 18 hours we were feeling pretty tired. We were greeted with drinks and fresh towelette to freshen up with and taken straight to a fantastically air conditioned room, which was very well received! The hotel knew we wanted to get to our room. Despite the fact that check in wasn't until the afternoon they got us in within the hour. ROOMS: We stayed in a Cabana Room which was perfect! The lagoon plunge pool was our favourite bit by far. They were cleaned beautifully everyday, alongside a turn down service. POOLS: We were a travelling as a couple so spent all of our time at the adults only pool, which the staff were very good at respecting the 'adults' aspect. The children's pool was far enough away to not hear the kids club and music etc. This pool had a fantastic swim up bar which was maned by Mr Pu, who was AMAZING!! He easily made the experience so memorable. He couldn't do enough for us, from making the best cocktails ever, to giving us advice and guidance for the local towns, he was amazing! He even got my partner a pint of milk to soothe the heart burn after consuming far too many of his fruity cocktails during happy hour. What a man! FOOD: We very rarely ate at the hotel unless it was a little light snack at the pool during the day as we liked to explore during the night. The food was also fantastic and very reasonably priced. Mr Pu would order the food for you and brought it to you beside the pool or at the swim up bar. STAFF: All of the staff were phenomenal, all very attentive and caring. We got engaged whilst at the hotel within the first few days and my partner says the staff were incredible. They made sure every little detail was down to perfection. They set us up a romantic meal with our own personal chef and waiter. They spent HOURS setting it up with candles, flowers, petals etc. They even got us some bugs spray for our legs as we were getting nibbled! LOCATION: The location is fantastic. It a little hidden gem at the end of street. Its surrounded by lots of pubs, clubs, restaurants and massage places. However, this didn't impact on the noise pollution of the hotel, it was so peaceful. Oasis is around the corner and run by a man called Paul, he's got great Western European drinks as well as Thai classics. Two chefs is a 2 minute walk away, that is fantastic, one of our favourites. All in all this resort is fantastic because its got everything you need and more. The staff, rooms, pools, location is all superb! We are looking to stop by on our honeymoon for a few days!!…
We got to stay at this great resort before the Corona lockdown, I have been to a number of resorts in Thailand but this was one of the BEST. What a great place for the kids, the lagoon pool was great with a slide and they had activities for the kids three or four times a day, they had disco's and all sorts of things. The restaurant's were great, the theme nights were delicious, the staff were excellent. Its a short walk to the beach but the three pools were more than excellent. Going back when the lockdown lifts.
This is our second visit to this hotel. On arrival we were given a lovely welcome. They asked what room we had last year and arranged for us to have the same room again. We were in a corner room in The Terraces with a sea view and a large window overlooking the forest. We had B&B only and had breakfast at the Azure restaurant which was a lot quieter. We sat around the Adults only pool which is lovely. The hotel was not as busy as last year due to the virus. The staff were all lovely and couldn't do enough for you.Always had a nice chat at breakfast with Mae from the entertainment team. She was so lovely. Thinking of you all in these difficult times. Thanks for a great holiday.
