Organised trip. I booked this trip last minute and seems to have good review.
Got picked up from the airport. Extremely friendly driver.
Arrived with a lovely refreshing drink. Got told that I should just drop my bag if I want to get to the beach yoga in 10mins, and we could sort things out afterwards. To be honest, it worked for me.
When I came back, everything was ready for me to relax.
Throughout my stay, I did enjoy all parts of the activities. It was not an intense yoga retreat, by any means. If you want an easy/relaxed yoga retreat, I would recommend this.
(Ps, try their tamarind prawn starter as well as their prawn salsa starter.. my favourites. If you like spicy food, just tell them to cook spicier, they will do it just fine. ;) )

Stayed in this small privately owned hotel for 5 days in early Feb 2020 and the experience was brilliant.
The service all around (reception, bar, cleaners etc) is very friendly, efficient and pleasant ad the staff is very helpful. The facilities and rooms are well maintained and clean and the food quality (lunch & dinner) in the restaurant is much better than in many (most?) restaurants in Karon/Kata area in general. The yoga sessions offered were good and the yoga instructors are at least as good and professional as at any commercial yoga studio anywhere. Also, the view from the two roof top yoga decks is lovely. The pool area is pleasant if quite small, but despite of that there were always free sun loungers around.
The only downside is the location, which is a bit far away from the beach and the main streets, and also the uphill road leading to the hotel is very steep, so walking is not really an option. On the other hand the hotel has a (free?) shuttle service that seems to work well. I rented a scooter for my holiday, so the location was not an issue as the beach and town are only approx 5-minute ride away. Also, the secluded location means that there is no traffic or other noise, so it's a perfect place to relax and unwind.
I'd also like to suggest to upgrade and refurbish the bathrooms. Compared to the room and the other hotel facilities the bathrooms are starting to show their age with moderate wear and tear here and there. This is a small thing though and overall the hotel with its facilities and services represent very good value for money, and will definitely come back when visiting Phuket next time.

CC Hideaway is an ideal resort for calm retreat. As for me ideally located on the hill, the CC Hideaway offers quiet and comfortable leisure. I really enjoyed staying away from the madness of the beach area. The resort itself is located far away from the sea. The shuttle bus service runs like clockwork and was very punctual.
Hotel is lovely with great views. Room was a good size and I had an ocean view room, which was great. The room is small and clean with all the amenities you would need and decorated with elegant pictures and statuettes. The daily breakfast was always delicious with loads of variety to meet everyone’s needs. I had dinner several times at the restaurant, which was also served with good dishes. The hotel offered many interesting activities. E.g. I took part in the hiking tour to Big Buddha and the yoga class.
However, what really made this hotel stand out was its staff. The people’s warm smiles, their attention to detail and their willingness to listen and try to meet my needs - genuinely good people. Everyone was super service oriented, attentive, and kind. I had high expectations and they exceeded them.

It was our second visit to CC’s. This time we had added days to our visit and we intend on coming back! The place is such a sanctuary; you really get away from it all🙏🏼. So peaceful and chilled with excellent yoga, great food (at very good prices!) and the most friendly service at all times. The location is on a hill away from the beach (there is a free shuttle service!) so that’s something to bear in mind IF you prefer to be by the beach. Can’t wait to get back!

My Mum and I have done yoga retreats all over the world and this is definitely at the top of our list. We stayed for 12 nights and from the moment we booked our stay, the service was exceptional. The organisers helped us with all the covid restrictions, testing and information, making our trip easy fro the get go.
The best part of our entire trip were definitely the staff (shout out to Min Min and Yai Yai - the waiters/ bar staff), they could not be faulted and went out of their way to provide everything we asked for, as well as the reception staff who always replied to our WhatsApp messages and facilitated our requests quickly. There is something special about staying at a yoga retreat as opposed to any other type of luxury or budget stay and this is down to the staff and the lovely energy of the whole place. We loved the yoga classes too, offering different styles from slow flow hatha to vinyasa, as well as sunset beach yoga and the chance to try aerial yoga for the first time.
The rooms were nice and the food was outstanding, exactly what you would expect from a yoga retreat and better. Healthy, wholesome and tasty food with a large menu which meant we didn't get bored of the meals throughout our stay.
The hotel also provided a free shuttle to Kata and Karon which we used daily as CC's is on top of a very large hill. This was a very nice touch and we used it daily to go down to Kata for some lunch, a massage and the beach. The value of what we paid for the amount we did with all the meals, yoga classes and regular excursions such as the trip to the big buddha and the Bon island boat trip was well worth it and we wouldn't think twice about staying at CC's again - thanks to all the staff that added the personal touches that made our trip so unforgettable.

One of the few hotels where the pictures on the internet are exactly what you get. It is a nice, clean hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. I have been there on a one-week yoga retreat with classes twice a day, healthy drink and good food end 2019. However, you have to specify your itinerary on arrival, everybody at the front desk helps you to change things around if you decide to do something else. Also due to low season they provided a complementary late checkout. The yoga classes were amazing and all of the teachers are great! Washing your clothes is also easy and might be crucial when going on a sport vacation. However, looking for a laundry service close to the beach is cheaper. The shuttle was a good way to get around. Everything was great and very relaxing and the other hotel guest made the stay even better. I can’t wait to go there again.

CC’s Hideaway is absolutely amazing.. The employees & level of service are outstanding! The food is amazing, the pool is very nice, the tours they organize are incredibly well organized (tour guides makes pictures all day long as well, so you don’t have to worry about getting nice pictures and sends them to you at the end of the day) and they provide a free shuttle service to go to the beach / town.. I would really recommend this hotel to my friends and family and hope to visit CC’s hideaway again in the near future..

I stayed at CC's Hideaway for a week in April '22 and absolutely LOVED IT! Rooms are spacious and basic, but everything you need is in the room. The hotel is located in a quiet and very green area of Phuket, a short ride away from the pristine Kata beaches. The free hotel shuttle drops you everywhere on the island that you want to go to, which is really great and efficient. The hotel restaurant serves a variety of fresh and tasty dishes (I only had the local food) throughout the day and offers great value for money. The staff at CC's Hideaway is simply amazing. Super helpful and kind, and with a very positive attitude. The icing on the cake for me was the Rooftop Yoga Studio, with a smashing view and offering two walk-in yoga classes each day. All teachers I had were fabulous and provided a lot of feedback and advice throughout the classes. I really loved my stay at CC's and hope to be back in future.

Yoga Instructors were good, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, the range of activities offered was good. Juices were nice and fresh, although I'm not sure about my Tiger prawns.... I had a room that was slightly off centre from the pool which was better as it was quieter. It was also at the other end of the building from the noisy Rooster!
The bathrooms are a little tired and mine smelt mouldy, there was no hot water (it was lukewarm at best) for my whole stay, the breakfast was a bit limited.
The day trip to Bon Island is definitely worth doing.
Overall my stay was good, but some aspects could have been better.

I am not clear specifically what you are asking but if 1) in general or 2) with regards to a customer having someone visit, the answer is yes. For overnight guests of customers, Thai law requires registration and presentation of appropriate ID. If this isn’t your question- please clarify. Best, CC’s Hideaway
