Stayed for one week beginning of February Great hotel with lots of good extras such as giant towels for the sun beds changed every day and different towels for the beach placed in your room clean every day in a beach bag. Full size good quality toiletries in bathroom. Flip flops and dressing gowns. Lovely big room overlooking the pool. Great air con and a ceiling fan so you had a choice. Great choice of food at breakfast. All staff lovely with big smiles and helpful. Restaurants just outside hotel to the left very good or walk further to the right for more choice. Food in hotel good too. Could not fault it was a lovely stay. Thank you to everyone

Excellent location. Great facilities. The stand out is the service we received from "Whan". She seemed to operate alone for most of our 7 day stay, as we did not see any other staff present most days. She welcomed us at reception and assisted us with COVID protocols on arrival. Thereafter, she personally cleaned our room daily, delivered our food and drink requests, always with a gentle smile and willingness to assist. She was always just. WhatsApp message away, even at 4am in the morning when a friend's air con stopped working.

Andaman sea view resort. Phuket. Great big hotel, no good for disabled, flight of steps up to reception, and lots of little 2/3 inch steps everywhere. Gorgeous pool one either side, plenty of pool towels, but for a large hotel only one lift. Breakfast was good, but spread out away from tables, again for big hotel not enough table & chairs. Rooms were good size, cleaned very well, bath & shower both in bathroom, but shower very small. Again no good light to shave or do makeup. And only one socket to use, Air conditioning and fan over bed. Outside of hotel are plenty of restaurants and bars, all mostly serving same menu, Thai and western. Went over road to nice beach, you rent umbrella & receive 2 chairs if available, but we could not swim in the sea as it was full off jellyfish. Overall nice place to stay.

Where to start?. Terrible hotel that needs updating and needs to stop blaming covid for things that are not working. How can a television not working been blamed on covid? Absurd (not that I spend all day watching television but would have been nice for it to work if its in the room) Not disabled friendly, pool area had bird dropping all over the place, birds are a big problem as well on balconies cant leave anything out gets covered in bird poo. One morning i saw a member of staff put food onto a table fir the birds and then when they had finished just dry wiped the table and set it again for breakfast. DISGUSTING. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

Spacious room with nice balcony and view of swimming pool. Situated in Karon Beach and also near to Kata Beach. During post Covid-19 and still few tourists in Phuket, staff not always stay at reception but they add me in whatsapp so I can contact them easily and they'll reply promptly. I enjoy throughout my stay. Highly recommended.

To be fair: I stayed here for sandbox. Having said that. Out of 150 rooms, I was the only guest. It had an Overlook Mountain hotel from the Shining aura. The hotel has the long corridor hallways to have a kid ride a toy 3 wheeler around. Anyway, the manager and staff went out of their for me to enjoy my stay, I was able to WhatsApp breakfast, lunch. And dinner. All of which were delicious. The rooms are clean. The bathroom has barn-doors that can open into the Room; leaving a crack that exposes the toilet, I ducked tape it, no problem. I absolutely recommend this place for families and couples. They are cautious when it comes to visitors to room. The beach is right in front of hotel. Kata Villa restaurant is right next door and has endured the lockdown: and feed all the tourists in Karon. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The rooms are clean and tidy, pool area nice and breakfast very average. But… poor Wi-Fi, don’t find the staff terribly friendly or efficient, restaurant is never occupied as prices high, can’t get a coffee at 8.30pm as the bar is closed, nothing to watch on TV (ie something other than a French news channel in English). I have tried twice to visit the beauty salon but it is closed am and pm.I would rate it a 3* hotel overall.

This was an awesome stay. The staff are friendly and always helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable….. The food we ordered here was absolutely tasty and so nicely plated. Prices are reasonable and we loved the swimming pool. The plants are beautiful and the whole place has a sense of being looked after. They also have the most amazing murals painted

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and a great location being close to the beach, the vibrant town of Karon and 15 minutes in a taxi to Putong Beach. The hotel itself is worth it for the price and the breakfast buffet is mediocre. Cleaning staff are great, and your room is cleaned to a high standard daily. If you’re looking for a good deal, I recommend this place.

This is the third time that we have stayed at the Andaman Seaview Hotel, and it was the best yet. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location and as usual the staff are amazing. We travelled as a large group of 14, including 4 children aged from 4 to 14, and the hotel was well suited for everyone.
