Absolutely stunning property! Staff are excellent. This property is about 800 metres from the beach but they offer a free shuttle to the beach and back. Just call them and they are there within 5 minutes. They offered to upgrade our rooms to rooms that open up right onto the patio by the pool which was amazing. The room itself is very modern with a huge bathtub, separate shower and toilet. There is a restaurant onsite that serves great breakfast. Only 4km from airport.

We needed a hotel near the airport for our last night in Phuket and happened to walk in to the Proud Phuket Hotel. Really happy we did, as it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences we've had. When we arrived for our reservation, they had our top-level room ready before official check-in time.
The hotel itself is not very big, but makes up for its small size with thoughtful design and beautiful landscaping. The native plants, trees and orchids harmonize with the pathways, sitting areas and water features. The entire ambience here is soothing and peaceful and tropical, with an added bonus of natural cooling breezes (much needed in Nai Yang area) and the mere 2 minute walk to the local outdoor market.
Special thanks to the outstanding front desk staff who made us feel welcome, hauled our heavy bags up and down and even gave us masks to wear on the plane and at the airport during this unfortunate coronavirus season. Last thing: we also recommend the cafe at the front of the hotel.

Proud Phuket was a nice welcome after a long flight. I love how this hotel is close to the airport but you don’t hear the planes annoyingly flying up above. The ambiance of the hotel is very aesthetically appealing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in close proximity to local tea/coffee shops and a 7-11. During my stay I opted for a room with the swim up pool option and I highly recommend this. Waking up and watching the sunrise while taking a swim in the morning was so refreshing. They do also offer a floating breakfast for an additional charge if you get the swim up room option.

I was really looking forward to staying here for 3 nights as the reviews were outstanding! Unfortunately only ended up staying 1 night. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were greeted with ants in the room, of which they sprayed but they returned. The bathroom is only separated from the main room with a curtain so you can see light right through it. The toilet was smelly. The room didn’t smell clean, the aircon was set on cold at 17 degrees but was pumping out hot air, and it was actually much colder outside in the morning than in the room. The room was a bit tatty and dated with a very average quality of clean. I’ve attached photos of mould on the skirting boards, soiled scatter pillows and around the bathroom sink. Maybe we just got a little unlucky with our room? The breakfast had a good selection. Had to ask for a cloth to cover the bread when cutting it, as every person would have been using their hand straight onto the bread to cut a slice... she looked a little confused when I asked... Overall a little drab in the rooms and not cleaned to a very high standard, and ok if aircon isn’t much of a concern for you. They let us use the shuttle for free to go to our alternate accommodation round the corner, and we’re very helpful and accepting when we requested to check out early. All in all, I’m not quite sure how the scores are so high and the room felt and looked grubby, but the staff are lovely. We stayed in room P104.

Hotel is located in Naiyang area and very close to airport, less than 5min drive to airport. Next to hotel is open air market. Design of bedroom is so sexy, only sheer separate bedroom and bathtub. Toilet and shower room have doors, but not reach the ceiling. Separated swich for shower and toilet, so convenient. However, without proper door or wall, when one wake up and take shower, it is very distrubance with so noisy and glare from light. Breafast buffet is really cheap. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel for overnight stopover, room was fantastic, facilities great, nice breakfast, lovely staff. We stayed here after landing late at night before heading up north, very surprised at the standard of the huge room and facilities, 5 minute walk to beach, 7/11 just down the road. Would recommend this hotel.

Very bad end to a wonderful holiday... Had requested an early check-in in advance, when we arrived at 11:30 they said this wouldn't be possible so to return at 3pm the normal check-in time, however when we arrived at 5:30pm the rooms STILL weren't ready!!! Then they eventually took us to our rooms and they let us into a room that another guest was still using with all their personal belongings out. We finally got settled into appropriate rooms late that night. The following morning we had requested a taxi for the airport, they said the only taxi they could book was their hotel car so we agreed, it ended up being 3 times the cost of a regular taxi for what was a 5 minute drive, absolutely ridiculous!!!! Definitely would NOT recommend this hotel.

Great location, check-in was ok, little tea room cafe is lovely. Walkable to the beach and the beach is fabulous with lots of little bars. The hotel itself when we could checkin they didn't bring our bags up so we went and got them in the end, the rooftop bar is out of service however across the road is a fab little food place which looks like its in the middle of a shopping centre but service was fab and the wine was good.
The bed in this hotel is so so uncomfortable i was glad i was leaving early.

We've been to Proud Phuket Hotel last month, my wife and I are deaf but this wasn't a problem for this hotel services. Our room and swimming pool were so clean. They gave us a very kind and amazing service for whole staying of us, especially the receptionist,her name is Mime, we've never expected she was able to communicate some sign language with us, this was very helpful that made our holiday excellent. This hotel will a choice for our next year holiday. Thanks to every staff there again!

There is a large street market most evenings just at the side of the hotel, so no cost and 2 minute walk from the reception. I am sorry I don't recall which nights it isn't on though.

I was able to check in early and check out late at no extra cost. However; the night people didn't let the morning people know and I got a call when it was time to check out, asking when we were leaving. They were good about it and let us stay the extra two hours but they need to communicate a little better it seems.
There are more places to choose from in the Nai Yang area.
