Pros: 1) The location is very close to the airport and is hence ideal for wee hour flights. 2) The front desk helped us with all our travel needs. They spoke excellent English. They were very courteous. 3) The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. 4) The bed was comfortable and the place is very quiet at nights. 5) The hotel has a free airport drop off (round the clock) and the driver was ready on time even for a 3:30 am drop off. 6) The breakfast is served real early - 6:00 am and the food was good. 7) The hotel is close to several eateries and grocery shops. 8) The WIFI was free and the speed and connectivity were very good. 9) The hotel area seemed quite safe to walk around after dark.
Cons: 1) The price was bit on the higher side when compared to similar accommodation elsewhere in Thailand. 2) The hotel is a bit far from the beach. But they do have a free drop off to the beach.

The Phuket Airport Hotel is a hidden gem within reach of the airport, providing comfort and convenience. The rooms have beautiful high ceilings with a deep brown tone, creating a warm feeling within the room. Additionally, each room has some spacious outdoor area facing the large, relaxing swimming pool. For such an affordable price, this hotel was both completely clean and absolutely cute! Most amazing of all, the Phuket Airport’s Hotel is within walking distance from many restaurants and adorable food stands/ coffee shops. Plus, if you don’t want to walk, bikes are made easily available and can be used with no additional cost. Lastly, the owners are sweet and extremely helpful. We genuinely really enjoyed our stay. I mean, we only stayed one night and enjoyed it enough to write a full review - that’s saying something! The location, amenities, service, and atmosphere all contributed to making our stay pleasant and memorable.

This hotel should be proud of how their staff run it. From the quick airport pickup, easy checkin, really pleasant staff, immaculate rooms, gardens and pool area, a lot of much bigger chains could learn from them. It has 20 rooms, with only two on 1st floor, we were in one of these and had a balcony, the other rooms have table and chairs outside to enjoy the gardens and there are sun loungers to relax on. Paid 200baht for breakfast which was served quickly and fresh, with orange juice, fruit plate, coffee, egg bacon and toast and was hot and tasty. Thought this would just be a place to sleep while transiting home, but actually really enjoyed how relaxing and calm it was. Thank you very much for our stay

My wife and I were here twice, the 1st time with a rental car and the 2nd time walking 500m from the HKT International Terminal.
After parking beside their van in front, a nice receptionist processed our prepaid check in and copied our passports, while we signed a form, and collected the key, following the porter up the steps to the 1st floor. Room #19 was high ceilinged, fully tiled and spacious with a closet area with hot pot, water, refer with 2 spring waters, then a firm king, desk with chair, large TV(clear ABC Australia, Al Jezzera, BBC, Euro News, NHK, several movies and ~20 more channels), strong secure room wifi, good lighting/outlets and a quiet unobtrusive wall AC. The nice bathroom with a large tile shower had quick hot water. A sliding door opened to the balcony with a table and 2 chairs overlooking the courtyard and pool.
The 7AM breakfast had 3 Western choices at reasonable extra cost with coffee and tea.
We were very pleased with this quiet hotel which included a nice pool, 2 nearby 7-11’s and ~700m to the 5 mile long Sirinat Beach.

At the time of booking, I was only looking for a hotel to stay for the night before I move on to a 5 star resort as my flight arrived Phuket late evening. One of the reason I chose this hotel is the location and the hotel provided 24 hours airport transfer. I didn't put a high expectation since my friends and I were only looking for a place to sleep before we move on to our next destination. The driver arrived the airport in a new van and picked the 5 of us up. Since we arrived Phuket at about 19:00, we were hungry and inquired of any restaurants where we could find food and the driver was so helpful that he offered to send us to the restaurant close by the hotel as well as offering to pick us up after we are done with our dinner. He even gave recommendations on the restaurant we could check out. In the end, we decided to walk as the restaurants were a walking distance from the hotel. The same driver or rather staff checked us in and carried our luggage to our rooms. We booked 1 double and 1 triple room but got 2 triple rooms side by side. If you are looking for a place to stay and need to be close to the airport, I do recommend this hotel since it is also clean.

The website does not give you the fabulous impression that the hotel actually provides. It is a quiet street which has a beautiful little open air hotel. It has a gorgeous garden with a beautiful clean blue tiled cool swimming pool at its center. The rooms are around the center pool and each is within steps of the pool. To the left of the pool is an open air living room areaWhich has beer and soft drinks for sale. Included in your stay is an Italian espresso machine in the central area which you can help yourself to whenever you choose. The staff is so lovely. They treated us as though we were their grandmothers visiting from another province. They were very patient as we learned to say thank you in Thai. In the morning they offer an American breakfast eggs bacon toast jam and a full glass of freshly squeezed papaya juice which was divine. We had Italian lattes with the breakfast and we each had two. Breakfast was $5 each.
We were pretty anxious about how we would be picked up from the Phuket Airport and taken to the airport hotel. The hotel provided us a WhatsApp number to call and within 10 minutes of calling them a man came walking through the waiting area with a sandwich board sign that had my name on it in giant letters. He took our bags put us in the little van and took us to the lovely little hotel. He was charming and sweet and Just as nice as all the other people in the hotel. They let us check in early and we needed to stay an hour later and they charged us three dollars to stay an hour later which we were happy to pay. The hotel is not crowded with people. It was quiet. We did not hear one airplane go over or any street traffic or any wild partying.
The only problem was that there was no readily available food that we could locate. My daughter lives in Phuket so she ordered us take out to be delivered to the hotel on Grab which appears to be the Thai equivalent of Uber eats.

This is my second stay here, using their 'day room' option while my brother and I were between a diving trip and the flight home.
I booked it ages before we needed it to be sure of a room - it's one of the nicest short stay hotels I've used and will be more than happy to go back there again next trip.
The rooms are spotless, free coffee and tea outside, a nice clean swimming pool and some recliners and towels available to relax on.
In addition they have bicycles to use so that you can pop down to the beach if you want to or go a bit further afield for food or supplies.
Great place - loved it.

I stayed here after my flights from Dublin in March. This hotel ticks alot of boxes. The staff are friendly, informative and hard working. They are working as a great team to keep the place clean and tidy and most welcoming expecially arriving after long flights and doing the PCR test etc. My room was number 17. Lovely room and everything was perfect for a comfortable stay. I spent time talking to the receptionist 'Tommy' and must also add (like the review before) the staff are a credit to the hotel. I was recommended the restaurant next door which was great but also there is a massage place and a 7/11 all closeby. Reception booked a transfer down to Kamala for me. Its a definite if you need to arrive or leave from Phuket Airport as they offer a free transfer which is prompt and a very short distance to travel. If this is what you are looking for, just book it !

We have stayed here three times and each time the hotel has been better than the previous time.
We thought that it was better to stay in Phuket rather than head to Phi Phi after our flight from London landed at 10 am. We contacted the hotel to ask if an early check in was possible and it was offered immediately.
It was so nice to go straight to a hotel so near the airport, have a quick shower, a swim and another shower and a long sleep. There are very nice restuarants within walking distance, we went to Mama Nag. Breakfast was really nice, with excellent cappuccinos etc, also a new addition. The new owners were so nice and welcoming.
On our last night, three weeks later we went to a far bigger more expensive hotel because it was our anniversary. We much preferred the Phuket Airport Hotel , the pool and the loungers were way cleaner. In future we will go go back to the Phuket Airport Hotel again when we are next in Thailand. This was a great start of what turned out to be a wonderful trip.

Only 600 meters from airport, just phone and they collect in minutes (avoid hassle with booking SHA+ cabs long distance). They are switched on with the rules and documents you require and the changes. Documents correct for SHA+ paid hotel confirmation and RT-PCR (Covid) test documents etc. And also the changing rules that seems to happen each week. Test results for us in 6 hours. Our stay was perfect next to the pool and just request meals and a beer when you want. perfect We decided to stay a few days and recover. People traveling for a day, why stress out arriving then leaving the next morning asap? Very helpful good hotel. Great stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and very polite and warm welcome (well-done Tommy and Pim fantastic) great Hotel.

Thank you for your question and interest in our hotel.
1. There are many restaurants around our hotel. Not all restaurants will have a high standard for food handeling, but there are a few restaurants who have. Especially restaurants in the 5 star restaurants around us. You can ask our reception upon your stay for further advice.
2. We have a nice swimming pool, the beach is just 500 meters from the hotel, and there is a water park in Mai Khao Beach (15 min).
3. If you are with 3 adults and 1 child, you can stay in one superior triple room. We allow one child for free in the room using existing beds.
In case you would like to have 2 separate rooms, we can give you rooms next to each other, unfortunately we do not have rooms with a connecting door.

The beach is right nearby prob about a 15 min walk, there is strip with many places to choose from. However if you are staying at this hotel, they have a free shuttle that can drop you off by the beach maybe less than a 5 min drive. Later when you done you can get a tuk tuk home.. or ask if the shuttle would be able to come back at a certain time. This is a really good hotel and they will help you.
